				He grins at her.
"How about this, if ye want it that bad, we remove our bids to save you some money, and we can come with ye."
He motions to the other dwarf.

A dark dressed individual finally slips out of the shadows and speaks in a soft voice.
"Two hundred thousand coins for such a map, then." the dark clothed man is already looking for the coin in his satchel.

"Eheheh..." the half-elf smirked down at the two, now three, freckled nose wrinkling faintly with her amusement. "Well, it ain't up t'me darlin', truth be told. If ye three be willin' tae split the cost of the map with some well t'do sailin' folk..." The woman lifted speckled shoulders in a shrug. "I'd need tae talk to some lads first..." Glancing from the dwarven collective to the peddler himself. "Is there some kinda time frame on this offah, darlin'?" she'd ask, curiously.
It was the voice of the 'dark-clad man' however, that drew Mara's attention with a narrow squint of lashes. Both gloved palms opened and turned upward to the dwarves. "I cannae beat that," she'd respond, lowering her arms. One might find themselves believing the woman crestfallen, were it not for the machiavellian spark that flittered over humbled features.

"Aye," agreed the woman, gesturing back to the tavern from where she had come. "Tell ye what, this round's on me." Regardless of whether or not the dwarves would follow, Mara began her drunken shuffle toward the door of the Broken Goblet. Should they choose to make the most of the half-elf's offer, however, as promised a pre-paid tankard of ale would await each of them on speaking with Pike. The woman, herself, was absent in the bawdy chaos of interior.

*Upon watching the interactions between them all, a figure who's attire is dark with an elven frame, and a hood and cowl whispers to Mara "Don't give up that easily."*
*The figure approaches the man, writing a note on a napkin like a previous figure did, and slides it to the man, moving back to the corners of the bar and lowering her head again.*

*The old man looks at the sailcloth napkin with fear and surprise. Clicking his tongue against his wooden teeth, he seems thoughtful then decides to let the biding continue. His greedy eyes filled with the promise of gold.*

The shady fool in the corner speaks.
"I wil not mind inviting you, as long as you can pull your weight. I will pay two hundred and eighty bags.
giving a small pause before saying
Unless you accept the offer of coming with."
He says this directed towards the orc and the merchant, recounting his coin.

A rough looking dwarf in a corner seems busy drawing something on a cloth napkin in a determined fashion.
It's like he had a bright idea, or get rich quick scheme or something. Whatever it is he is drawing, it prominently features a large X.

Having delivered a package to a customer lately, Shea is leaning against the inns' wall and enjoying a drink.
She watches the bidding for the map quickly evolving into something quite messy and people getting all excited for the stranger with the said-to-be-a-treasure-map.
Smirking ironically, she murmurs:
"Worked too hard for the few coins I have now to throw them away at a lyin' bugger who just came up with a great idea to rob adventurers blind. With two hundred thousand I can buy a damned treasure that is real."
She then takes the last sip from her drink, throws the payment on the counter and leaves the Inn.

The dwarf shrugged "I've got better things to do than stand around an inn all day." He then proceeded to leave the inn after noticing that the bid had now gone too high for his coin to make a difference.

*Molag'ur, having observed the escalation of prices and ongoings, looks at the old man. Leans down and stares at him through the thin visor of his blackened helmet, voice in a disgusted slurr og phlem and hate*
"Yurtrus, and Talona bless your retirement, old man..."
*He then stands strait, turns, and walks off, apauled by the situation*
