The ability removes a memorized spell, does that mean it removes the spell from the spell book entirely or just that one memorized, basically removing the spell slot.

I thought about going for Archmage but wasn't sure how this really works.

Spell slot, you don't lose the knowledge of the spell.

Thx Val, say the spell altering abilities do they use a spell everytime you want to fit instance add the arcane fire effect or just once when you learn the feat?

If you have arcane fire it checks the spells after rest and remove a lvl 9 one in the alphabetical order.

Okay so basically sacrifice a level 9 spell to then be able to cast all spells of the three day with arcane fire.

Edit : the spell - like ability feat, would it allow using world of the forbidden school as spell like ability?

May sound silly... Just wondering

Sorry to turn this into a Q & A but if I use arcane fire on a metamagiced spell it will be treated as its usual spell level wise right?

If you have an extended spell at a 3rd lvl spellslot, Arcane Fire should register that as being 3rd level.

If you plan for arcane fire, it only really gets good if you go for 10 AM.
