Yes, you got the timezone right. A ranger sounds great! I personally look forward to it. I'll be deciding on my character today, in fact.

As for your "usual" self...I myself like to say "It's after 12 o'clock, noon...afterall...." One has to have some restraint. lol.

If the situation changes, or the realities of different time zones catches up, let me know and I'll join you.

Why don't you set up an informal adventuring company ig and have that be the glue that binds the characters together? It doesn't have to be fancy, just an rp group doing the quests and other jobs as a cohesive party. Just a thought.

I don't see a problem like you do: no two rangers are alike!!! And maybe there is one TWF and one archer! Actually, one can NEVER go wrong with an archer.

The informal adventuring company is a good idea, and much what I had in mind. I just though some additional glue might be fun as well, like a vision to clarify, or a mysterious symbol, something like that. Maybe even a DM can come up something along those lines for us to adventure-toward-resolving!

So I do hope you consider joining up.

Yep, the group is still very open!

In my experience, the RP after a few sessions will dictate just how many players "stick around." That's all fine—we either dig it, or we don't.

So, here is the list of Characters so far (in case anyone else wants to get in where they fit in):

• Temporal Champion (gish...which I'm playing)
• Ranger
• Ranger-Archer
• Fighter/Thief/sneaky-type (?)
• Wizard

And now, the option(s) of:

• Warlock or Druid
• Swap out 1 Ranger for a TWF Fighter (one can never have enough fighters!)
• Swap out a Fighter/Rogue for a Cleric.

Anyway, the group is pretty solid with interest, which is basically awesome! My character is named Caed Wynter-Rose, and probably I'll start being online in the goldenwindowofopportunity at least Monday (because today the Server load might exclude my online status!). Damn...wordy!

Okay, here is today's update for those interested:

1) Please PM me your Characters name and their profession. I'd like to post this so everyone knows who is who and what and where and how...etc etc.

2) We have the option of getting a small "theme that binds them together" deal from a DM. Does this interest you? I'm fine to just be a random adventuring group, but we could also start from the point of having a common interest or specific interest, that binds the group or bring the group together. I don't want to ask this of a DM unless we're into it as a majority.

I have 4 PC names and more-or-less professions/background. I passed this onto a DM that was interested in giving us a little gem of glue to bind us together.

Shall I start a little forum page for this group, to "officially" list the names of the Characters? I'll probably wait at least until I hear from everyone who has given interest AND maybe have something to actually write about! lol.

As well...I'm so waiting for a name to give this group!

Oh yeah...it seems half of those interested have written me saying the next 1–3 days are very busy for them, so they won't be online much or at all, until Wednesday. I maybe will be online Wednesday, but surely Thursday albeit late, and I'm definitely going to be online on Friday because dammit I'm just going to make it so!!!

Thanks for this offer and yes, we're slowly moving forward on this group, and it will happen that some Forum presence will appear...probably by the end of the coming weekend as by that time most of the PCs will have had a chance to meet.

Kory can give you some things too if you want. I got some things going on that great RPers like yourself could help with! Kory can give you all some IC leads to bounties by DM Spartacus and stuff as well as possible IC tasks to keep tabs on a certain few criminals that we are pursuing as well. More than happy to get you all involved in what I am doing here!
