I never got it picking up an item.. it seems very random and usually in the middle of a fight during heavy server lag. I thought it was a save precaution during sever overload?

Is there a way to make it so no saving can occur while polymorphed until the duration ends.. then you automatically save? I have almost max duration and it's only around 3 minutes. It's not to detrimental if i lost 3 minutes of content if the server was to crash. Which hasn't happened in a while. *knock on wood*

It's set on a delay of 120 seconds after the triggered action, not immediate, otherwise the barter window would never stay open. There's a check on Polymorph, I think I may have forgotten the shapeshift condition, which was brought up ages ago but haven't been addressed yet. (Bigger fish to fry on the plate at the moment).

But bearwarrior is a polymorph effect :-/

I've never had the bug happen in all my tests too, which doesn't help

Maybe it's the other way around.

This sounds like the same bug that randomly debuffs druid wildshape. Hopefully a fix for one is a fix for the other- yah think?

Anyone any closer to solving this issue? I'll admit, it's rather annoying in epic content.. specially losing your acid or fire damage with trolls.

Ain't that the truth. Mis-timed a loot at trolls last night an lost my shift ten seconds into bear form while surrounded by three trolls. Decided to shelve my BW again until it's fixed. I don't have the patience to keep track of a loot/save timer that I can't even see. Too much like work.

I checked my timer yesterday.. I'm up to about 3 minutes, 30 seconds in bear form. It's really easy to be completely screwed for a good chunk of that by miss timing a loot grab.. even then, I don't want to be yelled at for littering.

Hello Yumi, I am the self proclaimed bear warrior expert. I will say, this class and character is incredibly fun! Yet incredibly frustrating..

Let me dig in, the class is strong, very tanky, decent damage, the regen is nice, but there are a few big concerns. Hopefully next patch one of the two will be addressed, which is that when you shift back to human form, you lose your Constitution bonus and then die. I think Valefort has a fix in the works for this. The other major problem is the one mentioned here where you partially shift back and lose your item bonuses, AC, and basically waste a rage. It's incredibly frustrating and the point of this thread as of late is to hopefully get a developer to take some time to fix the code. It would be perfect and amazing to play at that point.

I still highly recommend the class as a whole, bugs, frustrations, and all.

No, first because there are many scripts where character save happen then a bunch of those scripts are not for the public eyes.
