For an RTA like eldritch spear daggers damage will be added, hideous blow is not an MTA though it's more of a spell that is cast whenever a melee attack hits, and ofc that melee attack will change with the dagger you use.

Blind-fight works with RTAs to my knowledge so yes.
I did some testing in stock NWN2, had a warlock with and without Blindfight feat fight a bunch of wraiths with that stock 50% concealment. With blindfight the attacks did land almost constantly while without about every other attack was a miss due to concealment.
So yes, Blindfight does work.
