I question the benefits of Divine Spell power / Advanced Divine Spellpower with your build.
For Hierophant levels, you need
Spellpower I
Spellpower II (reached CL 32)
Advanced Divine Spellpower
Master of Energy
Gift of the Deity
The calculation will be 1d20 +3 + 4 (CHA w/ Gift of the Deity) +4 Master of Energy. With Advanced you cannot roll less than 10, so you'll roll between 21 and 31.
Thats:
Check >= 22 => +4 CL
Check >=25 => +5 CL
Check >=28 => +6 CL
Check >=31 => +7 CL
You'll be getting +1 DC for anything below 28, and only +2 DC if you get lucky with 28+.
I'd say you'd be better off taking Greater + Epic spell focus: Evocation (+2 DC constantly!!!), and skip having to roll those dice, which are not in the Build's favor.
That is, of course, if Divine Spellpower is solely for DC boost. Like Montimian says, it can give your Builds some exceptional Spell Resistance (which is subject to Breach, so...meh).
I think SR is better to find on an item, anyway: it can't be Breached then!!
