Expose Weakness (ignores DR)
Invisible Blade Bleed Damage (doesn't apply to enemies with DR above the bleed damage)
Monk Fists (increases with monk levels and cuts through Adamantine DR such as stone skin at level 16 monk)
Weapon bonus damage (only works if it is different than the based weapon damage type. So a long sword is slashing, so if you get one with bonus slashing damage 1d4 it won't work, but bonus blunt or piercing will. In addition mundane/non-elemental damage types applies on a crit!)
Weapon elemental damage bonuses
Ranger / Cavalier / Cavestalker Favored Enemies
Ranger Bane of Enemies
Annointed Knight/WoD/Dragon Warrior bonus elemental damage
Dragon Slayer bonus damage vs. dragons

I feel positive this is still not complete, but I can't think of any more right now.

So what is with bows? How do I understand the feats that add more attacks per round? Is it different than crossbow?

Bows progress in attacks as per BAB unlike crossbows, which have a maximum of 1 regular attack per round regardless of BAB. Rapid Shot adds an extra bow (or any other ranged weapon, actually!) ranged attack at full BAB, albeit all attacks during the round are made at -2. Improved Rapid Shot eliminates the -2 penalty. A BAB 26+ character with Rapid Shot & bow will have 7 ranged attacks per round, 8 with haste.

Manyshot allows the character to nock two arrows per attack, based on the character's BAB, effectively doubling damage output (critical hits/sneak attack only apply to one of the arrows, not both, but Assassin Death Attack applies to both arrows). You will make one Manyshot attack for BAB 6-10 with a -4 AB penalty; two attacks at -6 AB for BAB 11-15; and three Manyshot attacks at -8 for BAB 16+.

For crossbows, Rapid Reload allows the character to make a 2nd attack per round at -5. Rapid shot works with crossbows, but only after the character has the Rapid Reload feat, taking the number of attacks per round to 3, 4 with haste.
