Ah, it does, yes. I never played the class and had to check the wiki.

If you don't feel you've got enough stat points to spare to buff CON you can sub a few + concentration items to help get closer to that 54 aim.

i really do appreciate the advise from a very knowledgeable caster player. but i do not think i can mod the stats too much more from here. i will have to invest in concentration gear to get it to 54. that spell seems amazing for sure. the robes would be the way to go for that and then the gloves give +6 i think so i am covered there.

Diviner is incredibly weak mechanically (in NWN2, at least) which is why no-one plays them except for RP flavour.

There are lots of changes that could be made to the school to improve it, especially the Power Word line (making them affect a %HP basis in PvE rather than a set amount, since PvE foes have such grossly inflated HP), as well as improving the completely useless Power Words Maladroit & Weaken to actually scale with CL instead of being a useless -2 Dex/Str respectively. Another thing I've always hated is that the Feeblemind spell (the only other Saving Throw spell of the Divination school) is a will save, and casters that you want to cast it on always have high will saves. . . what's the point then?!
