As you see i ve picked for the BG variant weapon mastery (Ranged). someone told me you still need fighter 4 to pick it , despite wiki states that you dont need it.
Who can clarify it?

You need weapon specialization, not fighter 4.

Whetstone doesn't work on ranged. Didn't work on crossbow so i imagine it doesn't work on normal bow either.

Good news: Align Weapon works on bows (it also works on gauntlets). So with cold iron or alchemical silver arrows you can bypass most damage reductions.
I made two other versions:
I. Chaotic Neutral FVS14/SD3/Rog3/BFZ10 Casterlevel 26 (XP -20% penality, unless you pick Master of Disguise instead of Rogue. Shame, BFZ dont have Death attack anymore, would have been great for manyshot)

II. Chaotic Evil FVS 24/SD3/BG3 Casterlevel 28 (decent feats come in very late. has Divine Might with unbuffed 20 CHA)

Both seem good dmg wise. A Epic Divine Might version would be overpowered, but sadly cant build it....
