And what about the Hunters of Vengeance? Do they have a Hoar shrine?
Is Darkhold open to any visitor for Bane's temple or shrine?

HoV have a Hoar shrine. It has flags to Beshaba, Sheverash, Tyr and Bane (timeline inappropriately! Should be Shar) present near it so I expect prayers to them could be offered in the same room. But the altar thus the Shrine is to Hoar as far as I can tell.
There was also an RP'd Shrine in BG docks but it doesn't exist IG so shouldnt be on this list

All right I heard ORH have all deities for paladins inside. I suppose those are banners or shrines.
Added. I didn't include Eldath, who knew they have paladins too (prolly newer versions of DnD)? Mielikki isn't on the list but I think she does have them too.

So there's no temple of Kossuth outside the Thayan Enclave? And no temple of Grumbar at all?

There is a Temple of Kossuth near Gullykin.

Yep, the temple of Kossuth, as Rhifox mentioned, is on the big list, Grumbar otoh doesn't have a shrine or temple afaik.

Something to work towards then!
My character Caed Wynter-Rose has this polytheistic faith going on called the Manus Triune, that blends the overlapping aspects of Azuth, Helm and Shaundakul. Caed even has started his own
mini-shrinein the Blade & Stars, which functions as the base of operations for the Windspells...but it is a far cry from real, visibly example for others.

Should Tarent become Avowed he'll likely try to push (lightly) to get an Azuth shrine added to Candlekeep as well.

Uruk Lurra has an outdoor shrine for the nishrek but no temple. this fits better the lore of the nishrek then a indoor one would.
