Phantom's WIS-to-AC is based on your phantom levels. Monk would be the one you splash for WIS to AC.

i do not think that is accurate. i had asked this question before and the descriptor for phantom purposely removed the ac bonus can only be as high as the number of phantom levels. so a phantom dip can give an AC bonus as high as the wisdom bonus even if that number is greater than the number of phantom levels.

ok.. made an orc scout that looks pretty fun. i could not figure out a way to get all the perks. but swift tracker, 15d6 SA/DA, EP, HiPS, and ED is pretty good. couldnt get camo but that is smaller than losing EP or ED in my opinion. it is likely that chad could figure out a better version of this same build.

or something like this. i dont love it. damage might be an issue. saves are better. thinking i could just go dex and not take the penalty and have a better build (extra feats, better pet, lower saves) or a strength based and have tons of damage and defenses will be sacrificed.

In the office for work today (can't access nwn2db from here) and then coaching peewee football (American) tonight after which my Buckeye's have the first game of the season so if I don't get to it tonight I'll make sure to take a peak tomorrow and provide feedback if someone else hasn't already done so.

This one won't likely work due to manyshot with low AB. An Archer does not need Epic Dodge though so you could likely do better by going R10/F4/A9/WS7. F4 opens up Ranged Mastery so in addition to having BAB 2 higher you can also get +2 AB/Damage from Ranged Mastery. The sneak dice are lower at 12d6, but sneak damage only matters when you actually hit.
24 (BAB) + 11 (DEX) + 4 (EB) + 1 (WF) + 2 (Ranged Master) = 42 which is still low, but with HiPS Manyshot should still be effective. Might pick epic Epic Prowess and a couple great DEX feats to get to 44, but even without 42 - 8 = 34 which is an ok AB for a HiPS build.

EDIT: Derp... You want R11/F4/A8/WS7... You keep the same sneak dice, but +1 AB and a couple skill points. Your death attack DC isn't great anyway so only loss is really an extra cast of improved invis.

any archer build needs to PUMP AB as much as they can. not sure how much you can subtract if you are shooting from shadows, but i imagine it is only about 8. so an ab of about 40 is where i would want it if not more. that would be hard to get without high bab class.

The split I posted will get you where you need to be. Archer wants to be 8 points higher than a melee. 34 AB is enough for a PTWF HiPSer, though 35 or 36 is a bit better. R11/F4/A8/WS7 with the feats I posted will hit 43 AB, 35 after Manyshot penalty. If you can swing picking up Epic Prowess and/or 2 more great DEX feats than you will be at 36 (or 37) which will land your hits coming out of stealth just fine.

EDIT: Since you are losing Epic Dodge (not needed) I would say just grab Epic Prowess with the open feat slot, or grab Blinding Speed which gives 4 minutes of haste per rest.
