To explain further changing the requirements for a PRC or a kit implies changing existing PCs or having them rebuilt, one or the other this not a reasonable request contrary to what you said.

Oh now I'm lazy even though I said changing the feat is no problem ? Aren't you quite selective in what you read ?

These feats were thought out, they were put as requirements because the PRCs/kits are powerful and therefore these feats are a tax, a way to curb the overall power. Giving those feats some usefulness besides a "tax" is a good idea, their effect simply have to remain very small or they won't be a tax anymore.

This would make much more sense. Even a +2. TBH, let's face it, +2 to religion won't win you PvP wars or PvE wars.
