I quickly put together a 'bog standard' 18F/7WM/5FB, and damage per hit came out around the 50-55 mark, so suspect gear makes quite a big difference. In terms of 'total damage' it came out at 3000 (30AC) and 1690 (50AC) [including criticals]

d12 Weapon + 15 from 30 STR * 1.5 + 6 E.WS + 2 WM + 4 EB + 20 EPA + d4 damage type weapon extra + X PrC feat/dmg = avg. 55 + X. I’m curious to what combo of X can add up to 35!

The results in this thread may be wrong because I don't think JEGs have the up-to-date version of NH.

If your 6 APR character does 3 attacks with NH then it's the old NH. The new NH is stronger (it changed from 1/2 attacks to 2/3).

12 (1d12 maximised with Northlander Hewing)
+ 15 (Strength modifier * 1.5)
+ 6 (Epic Weapon Specialization)
+ 2 (Melee Weapon Mastery)
+ 4 (Weapon Enchantment Bonus)
+ 20 (Improved Power Attack with five levels of Frenzied Berserker)
+ 4 (1d4 Extra melee damage from a weapon with Northlander Hewing)
+ 10 (Northlander Hewing Bonus damage based on strength modifier)
= 73

Now, let us not forget that a 'Fighter/Frenzied Berserker/Weapon Master' usually has some dip into UMD granting class.

+ 1d8 (Fire damage from a Flame Weapon Wand) (Druid spell list)
+ 2d6 (Magic Damage against Undead from a Bless Weapon Wand) (Paladin spell list)
+ 2d6 (Holy damage against evil from a Holy Sword Wand) (Paladin spell list)
+ 3 (Magic damage from Enlarge Person Scroll/Potion) (Cleric and Wizard spell list)
+ 3d6 (Electrical damage from Storm Avatar Scroll/Potion) (Druid spell list)
= 32~ (Avarage), 11-53.

Thus, the above character could very well do 84-126 damage on a non-critical hit. (You have additional spells to consider too, but the above should be easiest to get.)

And... Well, you could actually do even more damage than that on a non critical hit. You could just roll up that good old 'Cleric 30' with Fury and Strength domains. You just need to go for Improved Power Attack, Northlander Hewing, and Epic Divine Might. That alone gives you quite a lot of damage before you can even consider all the little drops of damage you could squeeze out of your spell book and domain powers. Not to mention that you could consider getting those five levels Frenzied Berserker for something like a net gain of +4 or +5 damage per hit, although it comes at the cost of weakening your domain powers.

I'm not 100% sure, but when I checked the log NH had 5 attacker per round, which should be the latest formula? ie round(2/3*7).

In my per hit numbers I also didn't include NH, so if you add that on I suppose it's more like ~80 even without the buffs.
