You can already make a wisdom based Monk/Assassin build with both Zen Archery and Intuitive strike along with Blazing Aura. Then you just need 17 or so in dexterity to get Manyshot, and with Greater of Flurry of Blows your Manyshot attacks are all in the first attack flurry. That is a total of 30d6 worth of sneak attack dice...
And if you are HiPSing around, it is basically Dragon Ball Z...
So it is not like magic missile spamming monks would change all that much.
