Can anyone explain me why is my bard failing spellcasts while wearing light armor and no shield ?

cursed item in inventory? item with +spell failure? chain casting spells? sure its light armor? really sure?

Yes , light armor. Im sure.
And yes...im chain casting ? Is it a problem ?
PS: I now see the armor has spell failure: -05%

-% spell failure is benefiting to have,
+% is hindering.
chain casting could be a problem (there was a problem if used directly after an inspiration).

Dont know. I chain cast with my Druid all the time.... If that is casting bug. Why it happens only to Bard ?

Probably due to you activating inspiration... I think there is a window of spell failure after abilities... which causes spells to fail.
