You're better off with scrolls/wand of least mantle. That said, I suppose scrolls of superior resistance alongside great fortitude and spellcraft could make you close to 50/50...
Fighter 12/Blackguard 3/Divine Champion 10/Frenzied Berserker 5, for a:
22 (Base fortitude saving throw: +8, +3, +7, +4)
+ 5 (Divine Champion's Sacred Defense)
+ 8 (Charisma modifier to saves)
+ 2 (Constitution modifier with base 10 and +4 item)
+ 2 (Darkened Ring of Resistance, +2 to all saves)
= 39
Or how about a Fighter 8/Paladin 5/Divine Champion 10/Weapon Master 7, for a:
19 (Base fortitude saving throw: +6, +4, +7, +2)
+ 5 (Divine Champion's Sacred Defense)
+ 8 (Charisma modifier to saves)
+ 2 (Constitution modifier with base 10 and +4 item)
+ 2 (Darkened Ring of Resistance, +2 to all saves)
= 36
That wail does nothing to the above builds, especially if these builds have squeezed in that Steadfast Determination. And yeah, this is where we get into the territory of what ifs, but both of these builds hit kind of hard with Power Attacks and Epic Divine Might. Thus the big question are, how much DR/AC/Concentration does the arcanist have? If the answer is not a lot, they can be disrupted and just beaten to the ground.
Now, arcanists could use some other spells to take down the above builds... So yeah, this topic is a lot of what ifs.
