I would say that you get your Expose Weakness far too late. Epic Prowess at level 21, Expose Weakness at level 23. The AB debuff, the dexterity based bleeding damage are worth far more than +1 attack at low AB, and another +1 attack at even lower AB. And let us not forget that you get your Epic Precision at a rather late point, you will want to have Expose Weakness ASAP.
And I would take Weapon Finesse at level 3, and Mobility at level 6. Why wait so long for better AB?
Moreover, the skill points in your build are not correct.

As good expose weakness is, Greater two weapon fighting is better. Sneak attacks depend on mechanic called flurry. Only attacks in first flurry count as sneak attacks from stealth. This is why im trying to cram as many attacks as possible in round ( this is why i hoped for permanent haste too )
In any case. I will still consider it. Cause i need at least 10 attacks per round to get 4 attacks in first flurry. If that is not the case than you are right, that Perfect weapon fighting is good as well taken later than Expose weakness.
As for taking mobility before Finesse, its because i recycled lvl 10 character. So i didnt care.
And skill points. I didnt set them at all.
Ps- thanks for fantastic advices

Haste only adds one attack, even with Perfect Two-Weapon Fighting in NWN2. Your build has BAB f 18, so at best you can get 9 attacks per round.
Anyhow, 7 attacks gives you 3 attacks in the first flurry. At level 20, you will do 5 attacks, 6 with haste. So perhaps there could be an argument to take Greater Two-Weapon fighting at level 21, Epic Prowess at level 23, and Expose Weakness at level 25, and Perfect Two-Weapon Fighting at 27.
But I would still go for Expose Weakness as a priority.
