Flurry of blows

When unarmored, a monk may strike with a flurry of blows at the expense of accuracy. When doing so, he may make one extra attack in a round at his highest base attack bonus, but this attack takes a -2 penalty, as does each other attack made that round. When a monk reaches 5th level, the penalty lessens to -1, and at 9th level it disappears. When using flurry of blows, a monk may attack only with unarmed strikes or with a kama, a quarterstaff or shuriken
And depending on your level splt you might lose 1 BAB point as well.

Ah... than it is busted. Halfling. Second weapon must be tiny

-2 AB, -4 AB, the difference of landing a hit is just -10%.

Halflings have +1 AB... So they are down to -3 AB compared to the -2 of an elf or tiefling. This is just -5%, and it is quite far from the end of the world.

You mean that distance, beyond which sneak attacks do not occur?
Play half-elf, their in game low-light vision ring marks the in game 30 feet distance. You can easily keep the 30 feet distance to land sneak attacks.

Kukris are Martial, not exotic.

Its already to many negatives for this build. Perhaps if "Oversized two weapon fighting" would work for halflings as feat.

Pretty sure nwn2 allows halfling to flurry with a dagger in the off hand so long as a kama is in the main hand... haven't tested on this server but was definitely the case in vanilla.

This -1 AB compared to a Elf or Tiefling of similar base stats and build is too many negatives for your build? As a +2 dexterity race, your AB would be the exact same that a human with similar Kama based build would get.

But lets look at it:
-4 AB (Dual wielding Kamas as a halfling)
-2 AB (Flurry of Blows)
+1 AB (Halfling size bonus to AB)
+1 AB (The effect of +2 dexterity race)
= -4 AB

It is not the end of the world.

But yeah, a Halfling can use a Kama and a Dagger and make use of the Flurry of Blows in stock NWN2. Just tested it out today.

Attacking out of HiPS as long as you end up at ~34 Attack Bonus all told you will be fine. Mine has 36 AB and is not fully min/maxed so there should not be much of an issue getting to 34, weather you can use Kama/Dagger or not.

However, as I showed the damage difference is not that great between the monk version and the straight R21/A9 so if you want to use daggers instead just drop monk, it really isn't going to be the end of the world for your build and not sure it sounds like you want to RP the monk aspect in any case.

If you want to use Kukri's, you could update your build to grab a class or PRC that grant's martial weapons. Since Rogue is the favored class for halflings something as simple as R19/F3/A8 would give you 2 extra pre-epic feats as well as martial weapons. R17/A9/WoD4 would give Martial Weapons, blindfight, toughness, better Will saves, +1 damage to your main hand weapon and Spellcraft as a class skill (improves your will saves vs. spells by 2 for iron will, 4 for WoD levels and 6 for 30 Spellcraft... Most Rogues have between 9-15 will saves, you'll likely have ~14+, 20 vs. spells which isn't great, but isn't terrible either). Dragon Slayer is another option, though a worse option then WoD IMO it does grant the added benefit of Aura of Courage which is nice for a low Will build (I'd go either R17/A10/DS3 or R19/A8/DS3 depending on if you want another epic feat or higher Death Attack DC). There are several other PRC options that grant what you are looking for. 3 levels of Dread Pirate will give you Martial Weapons as well as free TWF for 3 levels and Ranger would give Track, Toughness and TWF for 3 levels as a couple more examples.

Point being there are lots of options if you want to use Kukri's that also can grant many other benefits at the cost of sneak dice.

All said and done, this is most true. I just dont see as much of benefit for changing my RP idea of the character

Kama & Dagger would work without penalty. So that is good solution.

I will probably do this 3 lvls of Monk ( if i decide to do it ) only at lvl 27-30

Not allowed. You are required to have 3 levels in all classes for your build by level 20 (3b20). Thus at level 20 you would want to be R9/A8/M3 and then you would want to go all Rogue in epics. Level 21 you would take Crippling Strike and Epic Precision, 23 Epic Prowess, 24 (R13) Improved Evasion, 25 Expose Weakness, 27 (R16) Defensive Roll, PTWF or Epic Dodge, 29 PTWF or Epic Dodge, 30 (R19) whatever you want.

I cannot remember if you need 8d6 Rogue Sneak Attack dice to get Improved Sneak Attack feats or not. The Assassin sneak attack dice might not stack with the Rogue sneak attack dice towards that 8d6 gained at Rogue 15, which means you can only get limited number of Improved Sneak Attack feats.

But yeah, Going Monk 3/Rogue 8/Asassin 9 pre-epic is bit of a must. Now, if you started out with base 20 dexterity on your halfling, you can grab Perfect Two-Weapon Fighting at level 21, Crippling Strike at level 22 with Rogue 10 bonus feat, and Epic Precision at level 23. This way you get the largest increase of damage as soon as possible.

Your math is a bit off... You get 11d6 rogue sneak dice, 5d6 Assassin, 5d6 Epic feats...that's 21d6, not 26d6.

On this server that is not a bad way to go since mobs have so many darn hit points.... You should be able to slay any of the caster mobs in the first flurry which is a very nice benefit. I also do not think you will miss Expose Weakness as a sneak (contrary to popular belief). The AC malus doesn't help you out of stealth since the dodge AC is ignored (positive and negative, so the malus doesn't help you hit) and the bleed damage, while nice should not be needed with Epic precision and loads of sneak dice.

I'm assuming Dodge is a stand in for blinding strike, but I also question why you went Weapon Focus: Dagger. You should not have any issues hitting things and there are better feats to take (such as skill focus: hide). I would also argue Defensive roll is kind of useless without Epic Dodge and would argue for Stealthy in it's place. If you are going to be a sneak it pays to be as sneaky as possible. While Move Silently is harder to increase far more players and pretty much all of the mobs focus on Spot so increasing hide is a priority IMO.

EDIT: Read the notes Chad! Blind Fight is not a bad feat to take, but if you want to replace it's fine... However, Dodge is utterly useless in your build. If you want to get rid of blindfight too I would recommend:

Drop Blindfight, dodge and defensive roll.
Add SF: Hide, SF: MS, Stealthy
OR ADD: Combat Expertise, Deadly Defense, SF: Hide
Or, (this will likely be your favorite) add: SF: Hide, Stealthy, and take Crippling Strike at R10 and R13 becomes another improved sneak attack (only works if death attack stacks, which I am uncertain of, but you might want to look in to.

Yeah, you should drop Dodge feat at least, and you could just grab Two-Weapon Defense if you want the +1 AC.

As for Defensive Roll, it is unlikely to save your bacon unless a moderately low burst of damage threatens to kill your character. For example, a critical hit of 100+ damage or something like that will only be halved if you roll a 20. (Maybe.) Thus you could grab Improved Two-Weapon Defense for combined total of +2 AC.

It is not much, but it helps a bit with the need to get Stealth Equipment. As for gear, Seven Suns in the Palace District of Baldur's Gate, the Wide in Eastern Baldur's Gate, and the Hidden Mask Store in the Dock district are good places to look at.

Yes my math was bit off... 21D6

Dodge. I am now at lvl 16, so that ship has sailed. But I dont understand why do you think dodge is wasted feat ? +1 on AC ? Rogues allready have slim AC.

Blind Fight = Blinding Strike. Great feat for killing bosses. You come out stealth with Blinding strike + Death strike's , something is bound to work. And boss is open for 4 full rounds of sneak attacks.

Weapon Focus: Dagger - Its just there because I dont know what else to put there ? I guessed +1 to hit would let sneaks land better. And faster something is dead, the better. But I am open for suggestions ?

Defensive roll - Another feat that is questionable. ( hence this topic is asking what rogue feat to take ) I might go for Epic dodge , but that would reduce sneaks to 19D6 because I need two more feats to reach it.

I never used defensive roll in practice so i dont know how it will behave, but i recon if it can save you from some unlucky crit, enough to run away and hide. Its worth it ?
