Yep you were right Valefort. Usually it's only the boss mobs able to make the saving throw :P

I have found another bug after the changes, though. Blast Infidel is not being taken into consideration when it comes to healing undead minions. They are only being healed the base amount before the Blast Infidel is factored in. I'm going to do some more testing on this today in case you want data.

Also, one still cannot target undead summons with any Cause Wounds/Harm except using the AoE Mass Cause Wounds versions and placing the target area under the undead you wish to heal!

Of the data above, only Negative Energy Ray & Harm seem to be working as intended (double damage dice). All the rest either do not work at all (Inflict Wounds line, Darkbolt, Death Knell), or have rather strange calculations (Mass Inflict Wounds line) giving results higher than they should. And yes, my character has the full +40 bonus for Mass Inflict Critical Wounds (CL 40).

Half of the Darkbolt damage is Negative and is not being multiplied by Blast Infidel (should it affect the entire spell?)

Critical hits were not being doubled.

I did not test Slay Living because I couldn't find willing subjects that could pass the saving throw that wouldn't smoosh me into mush:P

If i can throw in my own opinion: I think all the confusion regarding Blast Infidel started when QC decided that having double all negative (or positive, in the case of Faith Healing) damage was too over powered (and this was certainly true when people were throwing out 500 damage Mass Heals vs Undead). Consequently, Faith Healing & Blast Infidel, instead of doubling all relevant damage integers (ie, instead of 1d8+5 it was 2d8+10, or instead of 4d8+40 it was 8d8+80) it was decided to only double dice integers and Mass Heal was exempted. My data above proves that neither is really the case, at least for Blast Infidel, and it would be good if QC/Devs could decide one way or the other.

It's been 3 years since I last played, and I'm about to run my cleric. I'd like to kow if blast infidel is working with the mass inflict wounds spells now, please :)
