Please tell me that I can use a wand of mark rune if I have divination as a prohibited school.

Right. In that case I will drop divination and keep necro. So I think I should get epic conjuration and epic necro. Necromancy summons will benefit from Thaumaturge feats, while from what I have read it is an equally strong, if not stronger, school for DC spells to illusion. Am I correct?

Not sure if I want to drop 2 Gr. Int for epic gate and an epic spell, perhaps vamp. feast. Any opinions? Are those two feats worth a DC decline from 31 to 30?

Vampiric Feast is the strongest spell, it is also evil. You made the save, but you are still at half health. (Some bosses are exception though, if I recall correctly.) But ultimately, it is your build and the difference at 31 and 30 base, is 5%. It is nothing, and it is massive. Depends on the situation.

If you are unsure what to do, I would leave the choice to late epics. You get to see if you want the +1 DC, you get to see others use different epic spells, and then you make the right choice for yourself.

Personally, I just do not bother with epic spells. I can spend the spellcraft skill points elsewhere.
