All players can turn on Auto-Manyshot if they have the feat; it has nothing at all to do with class.
1. Right Click your toon and select the Character Details Tab. ...
SAINT! PRAISE BE! Thanks, will test this out.

So then it might be possible to include ALL the Combat Modes—vanilla and custom—to this options interface, since the custom feats don't go to the Mode Bar, and, if Manyshot comes with the Form (thus temporary), it applies because an option is switched on to have it apply (temporarily).

It doesn't come with the form, though. And absolutely shouldn't. Heh.

Bear Warrior has KD/IKD which he can use in wildshape.
I would guess therefore its technically possible to make the combat stances and activation feats Exp.Weakness/KD accessable in shapechange. Questions is if you want that regarding game balancing issues.

Is there any behind-the-scenes discussion going on about this, maybe?!?

				Northlander Hewing
Suggestion: Raise the STR requirement to 17 and allow for use in shapechange/polymorph.

Hendrak wrote:I encountered this week 2 mages with shapechange tactics. One an aroal(?) elf form (longbow) the other switched between Frost and Fire Giant.
I was playing a powerbuild crossbower with manyshot. The elf longbow form did a lot more dmg than me, since she had more shots and a lot of different base dmg. Plus she was full buffed with wards Mirror Image, IMA and so on. Probably also INT focused for good DC's too. I couldnt compete with her tough i only was build as crossbower and weak on AC,saves and so on.
The dmg output from the Frost/Fire Giant mage was between 35 and 40 + with 80 + crits. Also fully buffed with arcane wards. Something i cant reach on many melee powerbuilds.
They said there buffed ac was between 48-50 as far as i remember. lvl 17 and 19 ? something many epics dont have.
Mechanically the Polymorphing is OP right now. Mechanically no need to allow the CombatStances like NH to be activated in Shapechange form. You can already use the combat modes CE/ICE and PA/IPA in those forms.
RP wise you should be able to use those Combat Stances in most forms. As Monk AC also should be added in all forms. Most forms should also be able to cast spells normally, at least all with still spell metamagics.
But i guess its more a question of mechanics.
I have a strong susspicion the first one was me. Elspeth is a gish so she isn't just mage that becomes OP when she is shifted, she is a good fighter even when not polymorphed.
I Really only used shapechange because the bow the arborial elf got was better than mine at the time.

Valefort wrote:[Northlander Hewing] I don't think it's a good idea, shapechangers can have big STR scores and a damage boost isn't needed.
I understand the argument against Northlander Hewing, because some Shapes have 36 STR so you're talking about max damage per hit + 12 extra dmg points. Of course, the Shape would then suffer less attacks (probably just 1), -2 AB and -2 AC. You'll get some extra dmg to have a harder time to hit and be more squishy. Seems like a fair trade off, right? But I think it should be tested in QC before final judgement.
But there are other Custom Feats!!!

There are no discussions about this. I am not saying there is not going to be one just not yet. It is too early and we are still monitoring the shapechange/polymorph spells. For example, unless a last minute change happens, those spells will be removed from the animal domain.

I'm still not understanding what you are trying to point out here. Maybe you can just be explicit?

Animal domain had Shapechange listed as one of the domain spells. Just imagine a Shapechange Cleric with combat feats and all the cleric damage spells that apply to character rather weapon. It is not listed in there anymore, but it doesn't change the following thing:
With Augment Form feat, it is relatively easy for low BAB arcanists to get 21 BAB. Add haste and you got 6 attacks per round. Northlander Hewing cuts the number of attacks down to 4. It really is not that terrible to have 'just 4' high damage dealing attacks per round.
Now, many forms have rather large damage dice on their creature weapons, pre-existing weapon enchantmants that work with your other weapon enchantments, on top of their buffed up 30+ strength ability scores. Now add in the Mirror Images and Concealment, Greater Heroism for extra AB, and all that other arcane spell book jazz. Not to mention potential use of Divine Might and Shield, along with actual equipment enchantments transformed into extra AC with the Shapechange spell.
