If the arm is a well-preserved, mummified limb, simply long sleeves and gloves will conceal it. The oils and balms you use for the smell need to match what you use for the rest of your body, of course, otherwise it's going to give you away.
This twisted culture got you feeding from its hand

Technically, it's an armor affinity, in PnP. http://dnd.arkalseif.info/classes/pale- ... index.html
Undead Armor Affinity (Ex): A pale master has an instinctive feel for undead armor. At 4th level and higher, he treats the undead armor as if its arcane spell failure chance were 10% less. At 8th level, this reduction improves to 20%.
So, that would be armor made out of the hide/bone of undead creatures.

i dont think it can be actual bone armor. one cannot put armor on top of armor to get a better armor class. if it were actual armor then it would not be natural armor, it would be armor armor.

natural armor implies that the skin under the armor is just way tougher than humanoid skin. especially at +8. that is like steel. plate steel.

right?

Doesn't exist in PnP, actually. It's just an NWN2 adaption of this:
Undead Armor Affinity (Ex): A pale master has an instinctive feel for undead armor. At 4th level and higher, he treats the undead armor as if its arcane spell failure chance were 10% less. At 8th level, this reduction improves to 20%.
But how do they look?
Deathless Mastery (Ex): On reaching 10th level, a pale master gains the virtues of his deathless arts. His body becomes partly mummified (though he is not truly undead)
Partly mummified. Level 10 palemasters look dried up and rotten unless they put on a lot of make-up.

And then there is the skeletal arm, of course.

Charisma is force of personality and not specifically tied to how you look (though you are welcome to also tie it in to the characters attractiveness). 32 Charisma could be an individual that inspires fear and undying loyalty, even illogical amounts of loyalty. Like people may worry death itself will not release them from their cruel master, thus they follow blindly any given command.

That said, with PaleMaster I would say you need to consider there would be *some* negative features as they level in the PRC. Could still look attractive overall, and as previously stated could cover some of their worst issues with oils and makeup and such, but IMO they'd still not look *normal* and would have at least some of their attractiveness negated by the transformation they've undergone.

nobody "fears" anyone here in this server. convo RP skill is largely ignored too, so that leaves you with only looks.

if i walked up to your toon chad and said "my toon's cha is 32 and my RP is that i have an incredible force of personality that inspires people to bend their will to my dark wishes." then i followed that up with a great awe inspiring monologue that would make you wish you had worn your brown pants.

i would not care to assume anything, but 99 players out of 100 would just try to fight me. maybe start some hostilities and absolutely ignore the fact that my intim is 99 and cha is 32. nope they would just be like, "the mechanicals of my build are better than your mechanicals and so i have no need to fear you what so ever. all those points you put in junk when i optimized str, tumble and UMD. FIGHT!!

nope easier to just say im SUPS HAUT and move on. wanna hang out with my hot chick? yep. cool. its ok.. ill pretend i cant see your skeleton arm because your butt is TOO GHUD. that is just me playing my 8 int 8 cha to perfection.

I can't speak to other players, but I and those I spend most time RP'ing with absolutely would roll with the roll's, so to speak. Rolls can't be enforced without a DM present, but doesn't mean they're ignored. Now, depending on the PC the reaction to your intimidation would be very different, but it would absolutely be recognized.

And as far as attacking you, meh...I rarely PvP in any case and when I do, I prefer turn based / RP style of PvP as it is more story related then mechanical. *shrug* each there own.

Back on topic though, I was not arguing what you should or should not do with your character, it's not my place to do so. Was just indicating that Charisma by D&D standards was never defined as your characters looks. You could be 6 CHA and super hot or 32 CHA and look like Quasimodo. At one point in 2e there was a supplement that introduced the idea of Cumliness, but that never stuck.

That's an attitude problem because people don't take their own characters seriously. Just RP that as far as your character knows, death is the end. Not just for your character, but also for the people your character care about (PCs and NPCs). Then, suddenly, fear becomes very appropriate indeed.

Anyways, it's more about believably RPing the stats you're giving your character. And that takes skill. No one can legitimately RP 30+ intelligence. That's just superhuman. You can try to RP high intelligence, though. And you can try to RP high charisma. Think of how actors work. No way in hells Robert Downey Jr is as intelligent as he portrays Tony Stark of the Marvel universe. But he makes the character believable.

So I think you'd rather need to consider how you want the character to be portrayed, rather than how other individual players react to that character. If your scary orc crosses my elf who is scared of orcs, my elf is going to be scared and run away (or shadowjump away).
