http://nwn2db.com/build/?287918 <= It is not that great... As it was said, it is feat intensive.

Augment Form combined with Polymorph Self/Shapechange will help you level up. But if it is not your cup of tea, Spell Focus (Evocation) instead of (Transmutation) and Empower Spell instead of (Augment Form) could be more your thing. As for Spell Focus (Necromancy) - it could go for (Conjuration) to slightly boost summons.

STR and CON are at 13 to make most out of Belt of Growth, which adds +3 to both stats.

Red Wizards sell a +4 Intelligence Helmet. I would also get two additional levels of Duelist, simply to free the Deflection item slot for something else.

Isn't the above build not recommended because you will just be probe to dispell?
Storm - The Blade Flurry
Druegar Grizzleclaw - The Mountain Ruin Tsar
Akroma Thuul - The Creepy Enchanter
Liliana Duskblade - The B*tch of Bane
Jamie Dawnbringer - The Light in the Darkness

Swashbuckler/Wizard/Archmage/Eldritch Knight <= Bit of a one tricky pony,

Swashbuckler/Duelist/Wizard/Eldritch Knight <= Requires more AC items... But is doable actually, even though your buffs can be stripped.

While this would work, you'd be better off dropping Wizard to 8 and bringing Duelist to 7 IMO. Since you only have CL23 there is not much loss dropping to 21 and you get the benefit of always on +5 deflection AC at 30 Parry plus a bit of bonus damage. I built something similar for a friend about a year ago except it was SB5/W8/D7/BS10 which get's only level 7 spells, but BAB 26, strong damage and solid AC.

and i would boost your int to 24 to get the max out of your canny. it will also boost your damage which will be a hang up for it.

dispels will be expected. you could build it to hand out mostly offensive spells and buff your defense with gear. should be fine. mix in an invis, haste, displacement or mirrors if you need it.
