Maybe it is just me or maybe it is GOG. I got a new laptop and downloaded it again only to have the resolution options disappear. I am stuck at some random default resolution. I am downloading the server files now though and with a bit of luck it will at least run on here. If not I will probably just have to delete it and install via my old steam account. Or maybe buy and external disk drive and try that way.
Edit: Alright it loads just fine. Any ideas on how to get the different resolutions to appear in the graphics settings?

Enable Windowed Mode. Alter resolution settings. (Optional) Disable windowed mode.

no, I mean they are not appearing. As in under resolutions it is blank.
Edit: I have tried scrolling through them but cannot. Restarting the game, verifying the files, and restarting the computer has not helped. Cannot adjust from the main menu or while in game....

Did you hit the "Auto-Detect" button? Maybe that will open the resolutions for you?

Tried and it did nothing.

I had a related problem, though not this exact problem. First thing I had to do was knock my desktop resolution back to 1920x1080. The game gets really funky for me at higher resolutions than that. ( I was also getting the blank resolution list like you but for a different issue)
Second I had to set the properties of the executable file to Windows 8 mode, override high resolution DPI scaling, and disable full screen optimizations. Lastly! (Almost there) I use borderless gaming to run 1920x1080 as a borderless fullscreen window. So, it was a super PITA but after all that it runs flawlessly in 1080p on Windows 10. Also on GOG version btw w/ all these issues.
You can 'force' this resolution by editing the .ini file which is also what I had to do in the end. So its very tempermental under Win10 but once I got it setup it works fine. I had to turn fullscreen off in the options menu first and then edit the nwn.ini file after the fact to force 1920x1080 in the windowed mode.

You are quite welcome, this was a SUPER annoying thing I had to fight with for a few days with little guidance from the interwebz so I'm glad to have shared my solution with someone else!
