Recently, an Aasimar of Mondaic Deva blood, has taken up prayer in the temple. He often comes by, to pray and seek to speak with Wai-Li. He leaves a message for the commander after his prayers.

Unusually, there is a stall in front of the temple of the Shield of Helm in Baldur's Gate Palace District.
Two helmites are busy to prepare and serve some food. A cauldron's content is ready for eating, with some fire underneath it. The stew is made mostly of vegetable, but for those who like more consistent food can see some plates with fried vegetable rolls, cooked by steam and slightly fried.

A poster in the East District reads that "anyone can have a meal of these for free at the temple of Helm for the next few days", until everything is consumed, a few hundred meals.
This is especially to help citizens with little means during this harsh winter.
