Allow for Dominating Yellow Name Mobs

After giving this some consideration we'll change it for an upcoming update that yellow named monsters can be Dominated with half the normal duration (assuming they don't have an existing immunity to Mind Affecting spells as per the normal rules). I should be able to squeeze this in before the next update but I have make sure the script has a way to identify a yellow-name from a regular monster or make one for it if it doesn't already exist.

Will the respawn timer work and respawn a yellow/boss for other players, if the dominated is still alive and on a leash somewhere ?

Yes, I don't believe the spawn rate of those yellow names is on such an explicit timer in the first place but is tied to other factors entirely.

This seems to be in now. Heard of someone dominating a yellow name mob today.
