Adrian Baker stops by the poster, and after reading through it lets out a small joyous laugh. "Finally a g-good one!" He quickly scribbles a note, which he leaves with Bentlet for the seller.

Several people made offers, which have all been refused. Derek is tough in business! To increase chances for a possible trade, Derek adds a few items on his wishlist (though he will not make a wish with an efreet) .

A shifty-looking man with a strange tattoo leaves word with the innkeeper that he's found an old book of some sort. Says he hasn't bothered reading it, but knows "some cutter probably wants to ogle it." Says he's looking for a new belt.

The innkeeper receives a note and some coins from Derek, the innkeeper would give it when the man returns. The note states that Derek is not interested in dusty tomes.
