A copper-haired man in a dark blue tunic returns to the poster a few days after jotting down one name. Spending a moment to look over the names, he crosses one out that he added earlier, removing Lily Summerheart from the roster.

The merchant Vaelen, Warden of House Blackrose, approaches at last.
He looks to be in good spirits, with a rare spring in his step.

Bhor has been seen walking around the Gala. Tasting the strange flower ale several times, browsing wares, talking to kin and visiting friends. A much needed break from the war he tells others.

"Loyalty given, loyalty received"
Blackrose would formally like to invite all to attend their annual
"Commerce Gala" to celebrate prosperity and trade.
The event is set to take place on the
27th of Kythorn in Soubar. (( Sunday June 27th))
Activities will include:
-A free open market for trader's local and foreign to showcase their ware's: Those that are selling/Auctioning please come a bit early to set up your stalls so you are ready for when the event kicks off. The market will be active all day long as the events unfold.
((1pm EST /5pm GMT))
-Sonnet and music performed by known and unknown artist's: This will be held at Fort Prominence is the Ballroom. Those performing please gather a bit earlier so that you know what order you will be performing in.
((3:00pm EST/7:00pm GMT))
-A Martial combat tournament with a winner's purse of 100bags: Those that enter the event will be required to pay a Five bag entry fee. Please show up early to the fighting Arena in Fort Prominence so you know when and who you will be fighting.
Rules of the fight-Each fighter is allowed three wards before the fight begins. Once the fight start there will be no uses of healing of any kind IE Potions, wands, items and healing spells. One loses if they are unable to fight or if they concede.

Security of event: This is a joyous event when we celebrate Commerce and thus troublesome behavior will not be tolerated. Those that cause disruptions or scenes will be removed from Soubar or Fort prominence.
If there are any who wish to partake in one of these prestigious event and want to support the Northern community and future developments of Soubar. Sign your name and the event you wish to partake in. Donations to the upbuilding of Soubar are welcome.
((For those entering the Martial combat please note down your level. We would like to have all the names of those taking part in the fishing contest and Martial combat well in advance to be better organized and prepared on the day. ))
