The flyers appear to have been completely reworked this time.
There are several news to be found.

The first and perhaps most unexpected change is that every single item is for sale now. None of the offers are marked as "for trade only" anymore.
Second: while setting up a minimum bid for all items the prices have been re-calculated again, some items have become even cheaper.

Third: The Blooddrinker blade is removed from the list as it is sold to a private bidder.

Fourth: a couple new items have arrived on the list. Several witnesses link this to negotiations Shea has publically had with a couple of adventurers, recently.
