I have just built a similar:
Strongheart Halfling 8 Warlock/4 Guild Thief /9 Feytouched /9 Daggerspell Mage
Str 10
Dex 15
Con 12
Int 14
Wis 8
Cha 17 (28)

Guild Thief's bonus feats for: Weapon focus:Dagger and Combat Expertise.

Compare to classic 27Warlock/3any. You lost 2 bonus epic feats to improved eldrich blast damage, and some normal epic feats for it (about 6d6). But you have 1d11 from Fervent Touch, and about 15-18 from your daggers (total 20). And your blast save DC is nearly the top (28+spell level, 29 if it's enchantment). This is what Feytouched and Daggerspell Mage give you. You can now maximun DC while not suffer blast damage too much.

items:
Daggers*2 (Spectral Dagger, Spider Fang, Ruby Blade)
Mithral Chainmail
+4AC glove or Balanced Hand (Two Weapon Defence)
Brooch of Shielding
+3Dex item
+4Cha item or potion
AC items

That's a great build, ended up with 32 DC and 35DC buffed.
Could drop to 31 DC if I wanted crit on ranged touch + having a bit more skill points for RP flavour.
It will lose ability focus invocation and fey skin though the benefits outweigh that.
Also no exp penalty which makes it even better.

Edit: I'll need to decide Fey power vs ability focus invocations which one is the better pick for increasing DC. A bit confused with the tooltip.

I had them both. Fey Heritage, Fey Power, Spellcasting Prodigy, Improved Combat Expertise, Two Weapon Fighting, Stealthy, Invocation Focus, Practiced Involker. Plus those 2 from Guild Thief bonus feats. Epic feats Eldrich Mastery and 4*Great Cha. No Blindfight so I picked All-Seeing Eye instead. Guild Thief is a hard way. You'll access to DSM very late. Bonus damage from daggers won't help you in early adventuring. Just for that free +1DC for enchantment. If you don't mind it you can easy use Rogue or Bodyguard instead it.

The balance of DC and blast damage is all at your own will. You can also use some or all of those 4 epic feats for damage. That will lose 2DC but get total 18d6+1d9+15 damage plus Eldrich Mastery. That will be even higher than 27Warlock/3??

I see what the difference is in my build, I went for able learner to free up some skill points.
Also picked Dark Transient that I slightly regret as I know it becomes unnecessary at high levels.
I had to give up improved expertise and practiced invoker for it.

I'm soon level 14, so I'll just have to chew through it until the build picks up.
Once RCR hits I'll probably remake without dark transient and go for invocation focus.
