*Guild applying application letter*

"Dear Sire,

Greetings, My name is Elliequia Crimson. I'm a Paladin in training of the Goddess of Love and Beauty, Sune. I learned about the Order of Radiant Heart from Mr. Elkul Guillemoth, and I would love to join the Order in order to aid and help the weak and poor, as well as protecting the beautiful world from the constant conflict started by evil forces. If there's anything I can do, please let me know?

With love and sincerely,

Sir Arkaine,

I Thranos El'Arium a humble watchknight in Helm's service wish to become a member of this noble order that we might serve the people of the sword coast more effective. I've only recently arrived in these lands in order to guard the travelers and watch the roads that they might be safe. I am in training as a paladin and champion of Helm and look forward to a time when we might meet.

Helm watch and guard you,
Thranos El'Arium

((In which case, I'm happy to provid help for new members of the paladin Order.

My paladin is already level 19 and almost 20 now...

But the lack of Paladin event really sometimes make it sorta boring to keep going...

Also due to lack of active Pally players...

I would like to see some progress of the Order, really...

Anywho, I'm not entirely sure, but I think mine is the only high level Pally who's still active on the server, but if you have anything that require help, be it quest, evil villain or lack of equipment, i'm happy to provid help and support. :D ))

In Search of the Radiant Heart

"Excuse me sir, I've heard of a Paladin Order that resides somewhere near here. Might you know where they are?" The stranger shakes his head and Tomar respectfully thanks the person for their time. Not less than three days ago, Tomar of Scar had met with two Paladin's on his travels about the Gate, but he had not seen them since. They had told him of the Paladin Order and had extended an invitation to him. He had thought it over and agreed that it if he could help out the Paladin Order in these lands, that he should do so. Now it seemed that the opportunity was lost to him. He was not sure where to find them.... Perhaps this next person will know. "Excuse me sir.."

Talk has been going round the Paladin circle of Thostar's disappearance. Apparently a halfling calling herself the duchess revealed to him the possibility that Maximus, the previous gatewarden to Candlekeep may still be alive and in "Witness Protection" so to speak.

The only other thing Thostar mentioned, was that he could not reveal where he was traveling or when he would be back. Just that he was headed north with a single name.

Greetings I am Morph, a loyal cleric of Torm. I have heard of some of your struggles recently and I hope to offer my protective and healing services to the members of your order. Although I am not as experienced as many of your members I can still offer some services which should be able to help.

// I am a lvl 10 cleric of Torm, magic and earth domains, so lots of protections (mage armor, stone skin, etc). I have been playing with Thranos for a while, and he mentioned the existence of the Radiant Heart. The fact that the group is still starting out actually makes me more interested instead of less. I would rather be part of building something than to join a well established group that doesn't need me.//

I am Garaith Lightbringer come in search of a guild that has the same beliefs as I do. I believe I have found that with The Order Of The Radiant Heart. I do not come from noble blood. In fact all I know is my mother who raised us poor in baldur's gate. All my life I have had a purpose to do good and put down those that would do evil. I looked different than the humans around me, but I knew I was not elf or dwarf or hin for that matter. Later on in life I found out I was a Aaismar. Apperently I have celestial blood running through my veins. Also I have a birth mark of the deity Helm on me. Hence forth I have detcated my life to Helm and the duty of defending the weak and banishing evil to where it came from. I have been a Paladin for ten years and I believe I can do more for the world with my joining of your guild.

Garaith Lightbringer.

*Balthis Gonthar send a letter to the high knights of the Radiant Heart*

Greetings good lord.

My name is Balthis Gonthar. I am a paladin at the sevice of Torm since I can wield a Greatsword and I'm also a sentry of the Weave Masters.

I am an Aasimar by my father's blood and it's in his plane that I start fighting the evil being. I can't say, I'm an experienced fighter nor paladin but as for now I prove enough wisdom to make the right choice in front of many different situations.

I choose to come to the plane of the living to see where's my mother come from. She's a moon elf and she show me the way to my next fights against the growing beast.

I've heard of the order by a priest of Lathander named Raj which is already in your great and righteous order. I also met the Knight Arkaine HalfOrken which give me some informations to write that letter.

My duty is to protect, serve and apply Torm's dogma all over my surrounding.

I hope to have the honnor to talk with you soon about my request to join the order.

Farewell.

Balthis Gonthar, paladin of Torm.

To thee of the Radiant Heart,

I am Benedict Martyn, Knight Errant in the service of the Holy Triad, of the Judge Tyr, the Guardian Torm, and the Martyr, Ilmater. My sword arm has seen more battles than I care to remember, and whilst my armour has buckled, the shield of my faith has grown ever stronger.

I offer my service to you in your work towards the Eternal Duty, as a Triadic Knight. I bring both the teachings of true justice, and of easing the suffering of those not deserving, along side my dedication to our duty.

Triad bless you threefold, and I await your response.

Benedict Martyn

Jonas Rokranon sits in the temple of Torm as he reads the letter from Benedict. When finished, the aasimar begins to pace; spending a few hours mulling over his experience with the man, coupled with what he has heard. Finally, he sits back down to pen a response to Benedict Martyn, Triadic Knight.

*Two guards and a messenger of the Honorable Dukes of Baldur's Gates arrives at the Temple. The Messenger asked to speak with Paladin Jonas Rokranon. He tells the Priest that it is decreed by the Dukes that Jonas appear in the Palace it is of the utmost urgency. He turns, the guards bow and they depart.*

Jonas sets out quickly for the Ducal palace upon receiving the message from the priest of Torm. He is there only a short while before being seen leaving with a confident and purposeful countenance. The paladin returns to the temple briefly, then sets out again to meet with a number of people.

"So much yet to do," he murmurs as he goes about his duties. "I must not fail the Dukes."

Order of the Radiant Heart Role-Play

Jonas Rokranon, a moderately famous paladin of Torm and Knight of the Order of the Radiant Heart, is rumored to have been made a co-leader of the Baldur's Gate chapter of the prestigious Order and has wasted little time stepping up into the role. Also rumored to have stepped down from the Weave Masters, Jonas was been seen making numerous trips to Candlekeep and the Cloakwood for reasons unknown, as well as making visits to the temples of Helm and Tyr and of course his own temple of Torm. Jonas is reported to be on good terms with the Fist, and has on occasion been seen walking with a Fist patrol. He has been known to consult with numerous elves and dwarves, and even some gnomes and hin additionally. It is said by locals near the Ducal Palace that the aasimar paladin has even at one point been summoned by the Council of Four in the last few days.

The reasons for all this traveling is widely unknown, but it is expected that as a senior member of the Radiant Heart in the area, he is fulfilling his duties as an ambassador for good and trying to be the 'face' of sorts for the Order in the nearby area.

Throughout all of this, Jonas continues to search out paladins and goodly clerics of Helm and the Triad, and their allies, to join with him and the Order of the Radiant Heart in order to uphold the law, confront evils, and protect the good people of Baldur's Gate and the surrounding lands.

Sir Jonas and Arkaine make a decision to begin taking on squires into the Baldur's Gate branch of the Radiant Heart. It isn't long before Madison of Torm and Veterius of Bahamut join the ranks of the prestigious Order with hopes of becoming full knights some day.

Several Radiant Heart members were seen doing their duty during the Bhaalist siege. Thiago and Aethor were often speaking with Jonas and Meri about events, and both were put in charge of entrance and wall defenses from time to time. Crassus did his part in defense as well, and Madison frequently assisted the catapult siege teams. All four were called upon by Jonas to stop the orcs from resupplying the Bhaalists at one point.

With the siege now over, Jonas encourages the members of the Radiant Heart to lend their aid however they can. Even something as simple as an escort to Beregost or clearing the road of goblins can help save lives.
