It does, actually! But only in Shifter shapes, and you still need to take Natural Spell.
Nope. You can take it as a Shifter, as long as you have the required 13 WIS. Rinn takes advantage of this by casting Extended Displacement (3 minutes each, despite being a full Shifter...) while in werewolf form. Also, just to say, I'm really behind this idea. Warlock 6 (since its the lvl they get a lesser invo) unlocking shifter would be gucci

I can only assume Matelener never updated the wiki.
