As almost everyone loses 3 tumble AC, that in itself should allow for a full RCR.

The former is still up in the air. The latter is already a given.
The feat replacement is for people who do not want to do a full RCR, which is what this thread is about.

Only if you want to replace it with an epic feat, yes. At present I do not have time to code in a way to check at exactly what level you took the feat.
