Blaze,
Thanks for your awesome work on this!
Out of curiosity, what lore did you draw on for the Mountain of Skulls and the Citadels in Amn? In the past, I believe Mountain of Skulls and the Citadels have been roughly placed in server lore similarly to canon in LOI:
From LOI below...
The Mountain of Skulls: This place is reached only by
walking at ground level 10 miles east of the Fangs and 4 miles
into the ridge through a long, twisted, illusion-cloaked path.
From here, entrants walk into the bottom of a 100-foot-wide,
l-mile-deep ravine, to face the Mountain of Skulls, a skullshaped
cave entrance into the Cloud Peaks. Within the central
chamber of this new temple to Bane (which fell into Cyric
worshipers hands when the Banedeath arrived here in 1362
DR) is a literal mountain of skulls, set as an idol to worship and
a warning not to cross the church.
The Fangs: The Fangs are a pair of steep crags along the Trade Way. Fang Pass runs directly between
the two sheer stone needles, and a smaller standing stone on the western cliff face marks
Fang Pass: Border of Amn though Nashkel is still considered part of Amn. Two decades ago, adventurers
slew a remorhaz in the mountains just to the north of the pass, though its lair remains a
mystery to this day. However, reports over the past few winters mark that remorhaz attacks (or
something carnivorous that only acts during the winter) are on the rise along this pass.
Given The Fangs are around The Bitten Road/Trade Way, I believe that the Mountain of Skulls should be further east as described. The Fangs also should be on the map probably as they are a very significant Amnian feature.
The Citadels on the map.
LOI:
Though the southern Citadel, Rashturl, is 400 years younger than its counterpart,
their refurbishing in the late 1340s (against anticipated orc
and baatezu attacks from Dragonspear Castle) made them
nearly identical...
Rashturiver: This northeast tributary starts directly west of
Citadel Rashturl, flowing from the higher peaks to the north as
a waterfall to its twisting course below.
It's implied that Rashturl is the southern Citadel and Citadel Amnur is the northern one. Citadel Rashturl on your map seems consistent to me with canon and server lore. The exact east-west position of Citadel Amnur in our server lore is not clear imo, but by LOI your interpretation of it could be correct I think!

I'm at work right now and will edit as time comes but I found a few map sources for the area that have these places marked down on them.
Including the FR Atlas, which while old (2e early 3e with updates), has a huge amount of locations on it. Especially with Amn that lines up pretty much with every other source of the region I've seen barring incorrect ones (3e map).
I'll update the post when I get from work in 13 hours with sources, but that's my reasoning. I'll look a bit closer at positions just in case.
My methodology came down to:
Is this place shown in multiple maps?
Yes? What do the written sources say? If they are detailed enough go with that. Otherwise refer to what is the best middle ground of the maps.
No? Only one map has it? (Like the part of the map I want is cut off) but a single other map has it? Well is this singular map source accurate in all other ways for the region? If so then it is safe to assume it is accurate for X thing too. Just in case, refer to written sources to make sure it's not too wrong.
Next version of the map is on its way with some cosmetic changes for readability and consistency. I got a bit busy with work and Rogue Trader.
Edit: I should represent the fangs better... I think 3e map confused the fangs for the towers

Only got the atlas. I know I had a black and white 2e (?) source somewhere but my folders are insanely disorganized. I moved things around on the map slightly to fit it better by using the river bends as guides.
Update V6
Changed area label font colour to a dark dark brown for readability.
Moved some hills and mountains around for better consistency.
Added the fangs.
Moved Citadel Amnur a bit.
Added The Fangs.
Added a general coloured dragons in area symbol (Thank you DM Honk).
New map icons for DM use that I'll include in a pack.

Sorry for taking a bit.
My computer died and took all the data with it. I had some stuff backed up.
I have added new symbols for DM use! The red and blue can be any colours.
