6Mar2016 Update:
30 areas where touched. Many are small bug fixes not separately listed. Below are bigger changes:
- Deploy new "Uldoon's Trail" which includes a village Greeneast by Tfunke. Adjacent areas adjusted and connected. It is now possible to travel from Triel to Cloudpeak foothills without going through Nashkel. Includes some below-ground stuff.
- Cloudpeak foothills - finally ended the blizzard (left over from Amn-Gate war) - D47
- Northern Tradeway and connected area(s) - new, lower-level spawns, part of plans to give PCs not welcome around BG an alternate starting point - Tfunke
- BG PD - more restoration from war - D47
- BG EGD & Int - expanded presence of orphans. Revised interior nearby. Look for Ilmater banners and RH Guard SE from Ilmater Temple. - D47

- Can change name, race, gender via PC examine GUI/dialog box

We went through 16 iterations of adjusting and testing the past three weeks. Here are a few notes I extracted from the big change log:

Altered/New Spells and Combat Mechanics: Some of these are Frameworks that may not actually do something, yet.
- Bigby line now applies immediately after being cast, no delay.
- Caltrops are no longer mobile, smaller range radius, spawn closer together.
- Caltrops have a different visual effect.
- Lore skills enabled per DnD format, following DM feedback.
- Lore skills added to classes.
- Some melee strikes now no longer work with fists, like Pommel Strike.
- Melee strikes stand-in-actor should no longer be able to use items.
- Torm's wrath requires Torm as patron Deity.
- Airball & Whirlool recompile.
- Find the Path fix.
- Align Weapon now auto-selects target's weapon, if a creature was targeted.
- Strategic AI scripts made more efficient, tweaks to AI stealth detection.
- Bigby 7 and 9 now correctly use casterlevel + ability modifier in their trip roll, instead of attack bonus + strength modifier.
- Summons will now port to the caster, if they are not in combat, and if they are not told to stay put, or are marked as not-eligible for porting (mislead spell).
- Enchanting recipe spells are now QC only. Players will see a menu with no choices if they cast the spells.
- Tweaking: Strikes and Blows, Arrows.
- Bloodflame arrow now works properly.
- Greater and Legendary imbue item linked to new radial menu.
- Imbue spell series enabled. Verified that they work.
- Rune of 'xyz' spell series debugged. Verified that they work.
- Bigbys AI change roll-backed, was causing them to only use melee attacks.
- 'Appraise Item' added to context menu for Item appraising.
- Shadow Arrow: 40 second cooldown.
- Blood Freeze Arrow: 60 second cooldown.
- Darkflame Arrow: 60 second cooldown.
- Arrow Split: 60 second cooldown.
- Reserve Spell Melee attacks: 60 second cooldown.
- Righteous Smite: 30 second cooldown.
- Divine Retribution: 120 second cooldown.
- Lesser Deflection, Deflection, Sudden Aegis: 30 second cooldown.
- Fix applied for melee strike bug, which disabled the stand-in-actor.
- mrieder's loot scripts, fixed to work with disguise system.
- Verified that Bless Water code works correctly.
- Enchanting spells updated to mention requiring an imbue spell, before enchanting can work.
- Programmed Image now mentions it is a level 4 ranger spell.
- Spirit Weapon recompiled, blueprint included.
- Arrows and strikes now have a 30 second cooldown period.
- Blood and Dark arrows now do 1d6 damage, instead of 2d6, over 3 rounds.
- Pickpocketing code clean up, skill roll verification.
- Feedback message added for forbidden school spells being cast.
- Various DMFI language fixes.
- Party chat fix.
- Enchanted Blade and Electric Bow: should expire on rest.
- Clairaudience & Clairvoyance as well as Amplify adjusted per QC discussion.
- Warning: properly requires HELM as deity.
- Description adjustments for: C&C, Amplify, Blades / Strikes, Arrows, Deflections, True Seeing, and spells that require deity.
- Hail of Arrows: targeting fixed.
