*As I walk into to the large building, I ask for the head of the order for an important letter that they will want to see. I head over to sit down and wait for the leader and as soon as they arrive, in a hushed tone, ask for a quiet spot to chat and show them something. When they sit down with me, I take out a copy of this letter for them, and show them the following:*
“Captain Harokla,
You are ordered to extinguish all life from the mortal village of Ulgoth’s Beard. Sow fear and submission into the hearts of the living that defy us and that meddle in our business – The General”
Looking at them gravely I quietly, calmly and carefully choose my words. “I believe this is…relevant to your interests. I am going to learn what I can, about undead, but as a concerned citizen, I thought you might be anxious to hear about this.”
While they look and think of what to say I explain further. “There were many undead we fought atop the hill overlooking Urgoth’s Beard. They came from a black portal with tendrils of black smoke that almost beckoned one to enter. As soon as one of our party got close they got sucked in and almost perished, barely clawing her way out. There were many undead, their numbers included vampires that could walk during the day, Death knights, many different varieties of skeletons to fell, mages and I even believe I saw a lich. The portal they came from formed from these blue swirling lights on the ground. In fact it was because of my quick thinking, and my friend Adin Cain’s connection to Mielliki, we were able to consecrate, bless and cover the soil in holy water. The bones of the undead burned in a brilliant holy fire of white light. This of course sealed the portal. “
“It is of course my inclination to disseminate this information to many different groups to bring many to this cause. The undead are a true problem towards all, and I believe that only in numbers will we be able to end this blight. And if this is a larger problem then I realize, drastic steps might need to be taken. There are too many uncontrolled undead for just one group to focus on.“
*He stops his story to look at the leader to listen now instead of rambling on, and in a dark tone inquires. “What say ye?”

A gentle reminder is given to the citizens of the Coast that the fair is to be held today, in just a few hours time.

Rumors swirl about regarding the Song of the Morning that the templars have doubled in their posts and have become even more vigilant with the Ceremony of Devotion to be held on the morrow. Knight-Commander Al’maire can be heard bellowing through the halls explicit order after order.

Numerous flowers and brightly colored feathers are seen being hauled into the temple and several vials are constantly being transported to and from the building carrying an odd liquid.

It seems that the temple is ready to devote a full day to the Commander of Creativity and that lawlessness or violence will not be tolerated within the sanctity of the day.

*Squire Loriah leaves a note with the Most Radiant in the Temple of Lathander before she is seen departing with Knight General Missy, Knight General Gina and her good friend Knight Errant Clint*
LISA100595 wrote:Dearest Eldarian and brothers and sisters in light,

I didn't want you to worry seeing me not in my room. I have decided to spend some time at the Silver Rose Keep to complete my recovery there. Gen'ral Missy and Gen'ral Gina came to beckon me to their home yesterday and when I asked if it would lighten their hearts and minds if I went with them, they both said yes. So I must go to ensure that light is fulfilled.

It warms my heart that so many care so deeply. I wish to extend to you my heartfelt thanks and appreciation for all you have done for me in this most joyous time of rebirth and renewal!

May the light of the Morninglord guide your way in the darkness and I'll be returning to see you all very soon.

Your Sister in Faith,
Loriah

*Most that know her would find this manner of speech very odd or out of place for her, but then maybe it's a good thing?*

Eldarian can be seen randomly lingering on one of the pews in the Song of the Morning. A full spread of paper covers his features and adorns his gloved fingertips as he reads through the latest edition of The Herald. A wide smile breaks over his features after he reads over a few pages and seems pleased with some of the topics discussed.

"Good job," he can be heard muttering to no one in particular before he folds the paper and rises from the bench to set off for duty.

"Once a templar, forever a templar; even after death."
Temple bells were rung in celebration for the ceremonial promotion of the Lady-Knight, Cecilia Lafayette, whom passed the trials set for she and thus was awarded the rank of Templar within the blessed light of the Morninglord. A long journey had brought the woman to such a point, yet it was before the tall mosaic of Lathander's holy symbol that the knight did earnestly make pledge and take vows that would stick with she until death and beyond. Ritual was followed by merriment and joy, and thus ceremonial name was taken and known among the faithful of the temple. "Escharna" - a designation of forgiveness meaning, "She who is redeemed".

Lelande enters the temple with a flower pot full of soil. He seeks out Acolyte Abbot.

"May I keep this by a window? It is the seed you wished for me to plant."

"I chose an aloe vera seed. Because of the plant's medicinal properties, there is a practical benefit to growing this seed." Lelande places the pot on the windowsill and checks to make sure that it is in the sunlight.

A blue and white robed, blonde haired female elf, together with a black-silver haired one wearing more earthy colours, entered the Song of the Morning Temple today just at dusk.

The blue-and-white robed figure spent a while in quiet reminiscence before discussing various memories she had about the temple, notably a druid friend who had been interred there because of fiendish possession.

After her hushed words with her friend she approached the altar, giving a deep bow to the Most Radiant Kelddath. She then presented a donation for the Temple, as she had done several times before, and left it upon the altar.

She turned and departed, leaving behind a rather unique and powerful wand in her wake.

Recently, a stout gentleman wearing a yellow hood and cloak has been visiting the Temple. He often spends his time talking to the Priest and clergy about the doctrine and tenants of Lathander. Although he clearly knows very little about the faith, he seems genuinely interested in learning and understanding the Morninglord's dogma. When anyone inquires about his interest, the man becomes quiet and sullen. As if something from his past pushes him down this path, yet he is hesitant to discuss exactly what is motivating him.

Subject: The Shrine of Mielikki
Hidden: show
A man in a yellow cloak stops by the shrine on his way south along the Trade Way towards Beregost. Upon noticing the defilement of the shrine, the man immediately removes the necklace and drops to his knees in prayer. After several minutes, he rises to his feet and wipes a single tear from his cheek. He gently places the necklace in his pack, intent on seeing the item properly blessed and interred. Finally, he stands tall facing the statute, breathing steadily before speaking...

"This transgression will not go unpunished..."

He stalks off to the south towards the town of Beregost.
The same man that has been visiting the Temple several times over the past week or so, entered again early this morning. Although this time, there was clearly something wrong just by looking at the man's face and gait. He approaches the Priest and begins explaining to him the scene he found north of Beregost at the Shrine of Mielikki. After finishing, he carefully removes the necklace from his pack and explains to the priest that he does not know of any elves he could entrust this with to properly inter them. He asks, or begs depending upon one's interpretation, that the Priest assist him in properly blessing and burying them as would be accustomed for those of Corellon's children.
