Wow. I'm not even sure where to begin. I have had SO many amazing RP experiences over the last week and few days since my return, with so many people..

Let me start with my RP with Sylvia Ducet, since she's the PC I'm on least frequently..(less people to try and remember with her!)

Cort (Elias) ~ We've had years of rp together, if you lump it all together. You have always been and will always be one of my very favorite people to rp with on BG. The memories we have in game together coupled with the new ones we're making as we move forward with the resurrection of our guild are all just amazing. Thank you.
a
Pel ~ You and me.. go back what, 7 years? There is nothing 'but' treasured memories in RP with you.. on every server we've RPd on together, and every situation. Thank you!

Viktor ~ My rp with you is still new, as we've only just met. It's been a blast so far, both on Sylvia and Brenda, and I look forward to more in the days ahead.

Sergei ~ *Grins* Great to have you back in rp! It's been too long..looking forward to more good times!

Paws ~ you are the AWESOME'EST!

There are so many who have had such a huge impact on the RP with Brenda DuVale, I'm not certain where to begin.

Shy ~ Just..wow. You've drawn me in at every turn. The depth of rp and your enthralling stories have brought new life to the game. Brenda loves Shy as a brother and I can't wait for more!!

Ameris ~ Brenda could not ask for a better mentor. She has learned so much from Ameris and truly looks up to him. His wisdom and guidance have made a world of difference and have been a steppingstone in her life. Thank you for all the RP!

Ronin ~ He's become a good friend to Brenda and she enjoys his company! Thank you for the great, continued rp..

Thedran ~ Having first met your PC on Sylvia, I never before had the opportunity to see the true depth of your pc until I played with you on Brenda. I've enjoyed it ALL!!! The trip South was a blast and his continued guidance and wisdom have helped bring clarity to many situations for her. The time in the Orphanage really brought your PC to life and the struggles he's endured have touched Brenda's heart. I hope there'll be plenty of time in the future for them to learn more of one another and grow closer as friends..

Pugdush ~ Brenda's come to see something wonderful beneath the surface in him and she's hell bent and determined to help him see it too! I can't wait to see how things work out in the end with her efforts. For better or worse, I am honestly and truly enjoying every moment of the rp from here to there! Keep on keeping on!

Kahanak ~ His most recent decision has brought a real smile to Brenda's face. She can't wait to help him on this new journey. The RP's been fun and there's lots more to come! (fasten your seatbelt and keep your hands inside.. we're in for one bumpy ride!)

Lance ~ The trip South with your PC was fun. His refusal to answer he question, however, has left a curiosity in the back of her mind.. I'm sure she'll eventually try to pry an answer out of him to satisfy said curiosity!

Thomas ~ I've enjoyed the brief time we've had together in RP. Can't wait for more!

Arkos ~ *Chuckles* On both of your pcs it's been a pleasure!

Cecilia ~ You've been a lot of fun to get to know ig. Hope we have more time to do so!

To all the many others I've had the honor of RPing with on a regular basis, and even to those who have only been in rp with me briefly, thank you all. Each and every one of you, even if in some small way, have brought the game to life and made it a pleasure to be back on the server with you.

A very special Thank You to DM Dhampir ~ While I haven't had the pleasure of being in one of your events as yet, what I have had, is the honor of chatting it up with you many times OOC, and you're a pleasure have around. Thank you for making the server that much more enjoyable. You rock.

No, thank you all for giving us a valid reason to go berserk and plot.

A lot.

I have been avoiding this for a while. Not because I am ungrateful to all of the people I have had the pleasure of roleplaying with over the last several months. Quite the contrary! It's because there have been so many of you that it's been impossible for me to thank everyone who deserves my thanks.

I'm going to try my best, here, though.

First, I would like to thank the four little birds who have made my experience on Crow so much fun. I promise, I've not forgotten about the one-eyed scoundrel or the An-Athair.

Amaluna: Al's a wonderful character, and you're a wonderful writing partner. I've had a great deal of fun playing with you, and we've only begun to scratch the surface of our respective plots.

Grimcheese: Rook is terrific fun to write with. Simply trying to understand what she's pantomiming or scribbling out on paper can fill hours! The fact that you've decided to play a mute character who is also illiterate -- and have yet managed to touch so many other peoples's stories and characters -- speaks volumes of your ability as a roleplayer.

Lyrewyn: Cheryl and Crow have had many an adventure together, and I suspect that they will have many more. Until one of them kills the other one, anyway. May their plots remain fruitful and bring them both plenty until that fateful day!

Yetimaste: Awnrette has been a blast to work with, and I've had a lot of fun roleplaying with you. Although Crow and Awn are sometimes a bit of an "odd couple," they both seem to get along rather well. Here's hoping that continues!

The rest of those I am thanking here I know better on my priest of Lathander, Thomas Marlowe. Thank you, all of you, for making the last few weeks a blur of constant roleplay and activity!

Amelor E'lin: We've not roleplayed a whole lot yet, but I was very impressed with your character when we met inside the Friendly Arm Inn. I very much look forward to bringing Amelor into the Church!

Ameris: I don't know how you do it, Ameris, but you do a great job bringing people together. It's about time someone tried uniting the "forces of good." And don't worry, Thomas, Eldarian, and Ameris will definitely go for that Baldurian pub crawl: It's a promise! And it will be just like The Hangover.

Catherine Chant: You've been a joy to roleplay with, Hope, and Catherine's a lot of fun as a character. There was some serious "d'aww" factor in the picture she painted for Thomas. It's hanging proudly in his office!

Cecilia Lafayette: Ceci, are you more of a headache or a joy to have around? I haven't quite decided yet, but you always bring something to the party! Your character will probably turn Thomas's hairs prematurely gray, but he loves her to pieces.

DM Asgorath: Thank you, Asgorath, for injecting some life and some conflict into Beregost. The political landscape there is brought into vivid color by your plots, your NPCs, and your events, and your work brings to the forefront all of Beregost's many "issues." I look forward to having our Church continually shaken, if not stirred, by your stellar storylines.

Eldarian Al'maire: You've been a constant encouragement to me, Eldarian, both in character and out. We started our Beregost experiment after a late night brainstorming session, and it's grown beyond our loftiest expectations in only a month's time. I know, with your continued help and friendship, we can afford the Church of Lathander a very real presence on the Sword Coast. "In the dawn, beauty reigns, and the way is clearer."

Eleanore Valo: Eleanore's naïveté is refreshing in a server full of world-weary and jaded adventurers, and I hope we'll see more of her in the future! I know the character's outside your "comfort zone," but I think you play her well! Even if her sole purpose at creation was to annoy Eldarian's player.

Fursiuniucus Shadalmandini: We've only played together a couple of times, but with a name and a character like yours, how could I forget any of those encounters? The answer's simple: I can't! I really look forward to more roleplay with you, and your characters. They bring a healthy dose of levity to my play time, but somehow remain totally true to character.

Ivan the Druid: Ivan is the epitome of druidic roleplay, as I've seen it on this server. Despite his being so awkward with people, his devotion to balance and nature are immediately clear, and he's always brought a great deal of woodsy wisdom to Thomas in all of my encounters with him.

Jack Artreri: A Gentleman Bard of the Highest Quality, I am sure! Jack's been great fun to interact with -- even if he's not entirely "in his element" surrounded by a bunch of priests in yellow dresses!

Kahanak Habdilof: You've certainly created a stir and introduced some conflict into the Church! I think the character development opened up by recent events will help shift our guild in a good direction, and I hope it will help you find good storyline with your character as well!

Kelvary Toshen: Thomas doesn't even know what to make of "Katia." You're probably the only character I've met on Tom Tom that can leave the normally on-top-of-things priest utterly confused and confounded. Keep on keeping him tongue-tied!

Laerix Varketh: Who doesn't feel safer and cooler with the stout and true Laerix on hand? You're always a blast to roleplay with, and you make the templars seem more alive with potential and strength. We may have to have an intervention with Laerix at some point regarding his crippling muffin addiction, though . . .

Loren Duthrae and Umbral: You've both been a blast. Loren has helped remind us that not all Lathanderites need be in the Church to be loyal to it, and Umbral's stern and stoic manner belies a deep, unyielding loyalty and wisdom. I hope we'll have much more roleplay with the both of you in the future!

Mavicyr Savyr: Mavicyr brings a sense of maturity and poise to the Church, and he's a fantastic character all-around. As one of the oldest existent and still played Lathanderites, his wisdom is much appreciated. Play him more often, Nomster!

MrMori: I've had nothing but great experiences with Cassara and Miriana, so far, MrMori. And I look forward to continuing our roleplay together. You're a fantastic writer -- both in-game and on the forums -- and it shows in the deep characterizations of your characters!

Myhun Kren: Everyone's favorite grandpa? Myhun is just one of those characters who seems to immediately win recognition and respect, for whatever reason, as someone who can make things happen. Here's hoping his relationship with the Church of Lathander will remain warm and mutually beneficial!

Neschera: Considerate_, you're fantastic. I think Neschera is probably as close it gets to Thomas, in terms of outlook and socio-political acumen. She's . . . she's the female version of my character! Here's hoping we'll feel less like "bumblebees in an ant's nest" the next time we're invited to a war conference on a subject we know nothing about!

Order of the Radiant Heart: This group has a lot of great characters in it. Alexander Marshall, Beric Engel, Borbag Zirkus, Eliphas Valkarian, Gaervin Goldenshield, Ronin Marcus. I've not had a great deal of opportunity to play with everyone individually, but I've enjoyed the time I have spent with you all, and hope to see more of the Heart in coming days.

Order of the Silver Rose: Another goodly group with wonderful characters! Aaron Lyonaler, Elvina Aira-S'effaro, John Brydges, Seth Siger, Uriel Honorblade. You all bring a lot to the table, and make for fine neighbors.

Order of the Silver Shield: It's always fun to see a bunch of cross-wearing mercenaries clamor into the temple. You've all been a blast to play with. Valkrun, Jarresh, Lucy, Loren, Umbral, and everyone else. Even if you did poach our Planehopper! *Fist shake!*

Peter Stallman: You ain't afraid of no ghost. Peter's sometimes more of a decorative statue than a living, breathing man, but in all of his forms he's a terrific character. He brings a healthy stoicism to the Church, and he inspires strength and security in us all.

Planehopper: Even though you've decided to retire Brennan and Maranna from active participation in the Church for the time being, your encouragement, especially early on when we were first getting started, was very much appreciated. As a long-time player with great advice, you really helped us out. The Silver Shields are lucky to have you!

Rai Kuu Kyntilla: While my character hasn't yet decided whether Rai plans to cut him down in some back alley or not, she always keeps him on his toes. I suppose every bright light must cast a shadow, and Rai is Thomas's own.

Raven Devilscry: I always smile watching Raven stumble in onto something Thomas and company are involved in. She always seems to pick the worst (or best?) times to pop in unannounced. And she's a great deal of fun whenever we interact, however short those conversations sometimes are.

Shy'Nar: Shy'Nar and Thomas haven't spent a great deal of time together, but I can tell this character is very well-made and carefully thought out. I hope we'll get more opportunities to interact.

Talia Hald: Poor Talia is about as timid as they come. Even Thomas has a hard time winning her trust or putting her at ease! I hope she's receiving fewer bumps on the head these days, and I look forward to the next time she's in Beregost!

Teo: Have you ever seen Full House? No character has made me want to put my hands on my hips and pull out a Stephanie Tanner-sized "how rude!" so often as poor Teo. While Thomas may find him to be a bit of a boor, he's a character who inspires emotion -- and only the greatest can do that!

Valacor: We've only interacted a couple of times, but I think you have a bright future on this server. I look forward to more from Valacor!

Wesley "The Fox" Forrel: What a colorful character, am I right? I think the Fox brings something special to the server, and I hope he'll be here for a long time. While he may not have a lot of time for priests and their preaching, he's always welcome at the Song of the Morning!

And that about does it for me.

I'm sure I've forgotten many of the people who have helped me have such a great time here. If you're one of them, and your name is not on my list, then I apologize for the oversight, hope for much more RP with you -- and I will try to get you on it next time! Thanks, everyone, for all you do to make this server so much fun!

To the players of... Pel, Vali, Lillibeth, Anglo, and Tryss.

I don't know if the Nashkel foothills is one of those zones where spawn rates increase due to more players being there(I didn't even know zones did that until I asked a DM  ), but I sincerely hope my little elf being on the other side of the zone(trying to thin out the herd a bit after RP'ing with one of you) was not a major factor in whomping that ensued. :?

I thought you were all going to leave the zone safely when one of you decided to shoot the group of giants I was near... what happened next reminded me of the scene @ 2:54 of this video:

... the "RUN AWAY!!" part (@ 3:12), sadly, came too late from brave, brave, Pel, who fought to his noble end.

For what it's worth, I was thoroughly enjoying all of your RP and your handling of the giants up until your fatal last charge. I wish my gimpy weakling of an elf could have(OOC'ly) dragged you all to safety before most of you rez'd ;)

Regardless, I salute your groups valiant efforts and all the excellent RP :)

Gotta say DM Dhamphir again! I know it sounds like a broken record but it's so true, great guy!

Also, thanks to Elanaele and Eloen for some really unique RP. Learning the depths that it requires an Elven Ranger to protect his/her people from the Orc. A truly immersive and tough lesson to give, let alone receive for any character I am sure.

My character being Chaotic/Good, I would be willing to submit his actions for a slight alignment adjustment after this event. I will let Dhampir decide if it is warranted :|
