For the past handful of days, one may notice a steady buzz of work in the farmlands. Whether noise from sawing planks, hammering nails, the roar of a working furnace, or the general heave-ho of hard labor, or the magical light keeping the yard lit during night, it seems that the Rocky Creek Wainwright has been working nearly around the clock on an urgent project.

Julia reads the notice while looking over the news of the day, and a mischievous grin appears on her features.

"My my, an entire inn full of stodgy Paladins? Oh, this is almost too fun to pass up. I ought to see if the innkeeper is hiring musicians for the occasion."

Julia struts off along the streets, quietly humming a particularly bawdy tune to herself.

Two well dressed (and imposing) women garbed in bright red dresses and bearing striking tattoos were seen recently entering the Ducal Palace. Hours later, the two made their leave, giving no clues as to their business in the heart of city.

On the morning of 13 Kythorn 1356, a druid could be seen carrying the carcass of a deer to the Daruis Estate. He takes it inside as if there's no reason he shouldn't. Those who were around to see the carcass may note that it was already field stripped, and perhaps partially eaten.

A few parchments are posted around Baldur's Gate east gate district, it is a drawing of a good looking aasimar with purple eyes, under the drawing, a text reads.

"This is Chall, If you see this man, please aid him or take him to the temple of Oghma, the monster Cinnamon put a bounty on his head and we fear for his life."

The drawing in question is very simple, of a man wearing green, green hat, brown hair and purple eyes, not a particularly skillful drawing.

Those traveling along the tradeway might have noticed small offerings left at the base of the Shrine to Mielikki, the statue particularly clean and well tended. A druidess has also been roaming the area, gathering summer fruits, herbs and vines, in preparation for the coming Solstice.

The crew of the Siren's Song appear busy as word spreads around the city that the ship is organizing a rather large festival for the upcoming Shieldmeet. Letters sent out and posters being made, it's only a matter of time before more is revealed...

Posted on every bulletinboard in Baulder's Gate and the surrounding areas.
People of Baldur's Gate!
People of the Lord's Alliance!

Hear ye Hear ye!

Just yesterday, drow have been spotted in Soubar.
No big surprise, it happened in the past and it will continue to happen in the future.

Today, the Radiant Heart is blaming half of the adventurers in the Coast to be drow-lovers!
Maybe they are right, good people: maybe they are right.
But I do wonder.

What was the Grand-Knight of the Order of the Radiant Heart doing in ushered conversation with a well-known agent of Bregan D'aerthe, a drow organization, in Soubar?
Not just a normal Agent, but with the Master of Intrigues!
Their Spymaster!!

Were they conspiring against the Duchy?
What maybe no one knows, ladies and gentlemen, is that Bregan D'aerthe is a drow Mercenary Company.
But not only that.

They are spies, they are assassins, and they are betrayers for gold. You know where they usually reside? In Mezzoberrzan, or some city called like that, where Lolth reigns supreme! Where our children are sacrificed! Where are women are stolen! Where our fathers are forced in slavery!

You thought Amn was bad, think again.
You thought the Amnian war on Beregost was bad, think again.

Good people, these are the people we are hosting in the Farmlands?
A bunch of people, self-declaring Knights, conspiring against our homes with drow assassins like Bregan?
I say "NO!"

I will not stand to watch the Radiant Heart, despite what good they did in the past, try to take over our lands with the aids of such murderers! I say: enough with these lies, Self-proclaimed Knights!

Good people of Baldur's Gate!
Good people of the Lord's Alliance!

The choice is yours, but remember: not every armor that glitters is iron or gold!

A note is left below

I suppose this is yet another false rumor being spread by the Zhentarim. Any who saw me in Soubar would know that I did not speak with any Drow there. The only people I was in conversation or even stood near to were other members of my own Order. If you wish to spread falsehoods, at least make them believable. If any have any questions or concerns about me or the Order of the Radiant Heart, they are free to come and speak with me.

A comment is made below in a bare spot upon the parchment that speaks against the Order. The author, a known healer of the area, shakes her head in disgust before she walks off, heading for the orphanage with a stack of reading primers for the children

"If you are so brave as to slander the Order of Radiant Hearts, then why not be brave enough to post your name instead of being anonymous?"

A short note is attached below Aaron's, done delicately as to not disturb the contents of the original.
Despite the Grand Knight's accusation, the Zhentarim had no involvement in the matter. If I had something to say, I would have done so publicly or signed my name to the letter. If any organization has concerns over the Zhentarim spreading false rumors, they are free to come speak with me on the matter in private.

"I bumped my knee on the table; the Zhentarim must have put it there. My wife left me for another man; the Zhentarim convinced her."

The platinum blonde assimar laughed melodically, after commenting loudly enough for bystanders to hear, then wandered off as though she had not a care in the world.

The Ex-Khazark, passing by, read the posted notices and says outloud:

"Huh, I wonder how many notices can be pinned one under the other... " The Wizard then pulled out his own notice and nailed it below the other ones, nearly grazing the ground below.
IT WAS THAY, I SAW THEM WITH ME OWN EYES!!
