Took a look at some silversun forums and they used to have horrible server trouble back in '15...not sure how they fixed it but...eventually the forum thread stopped at them passing out a new ip and not complaining.
Assumption: They fixed it or they all left and the ddoser won the war as there is only 6 on that server now.

Out of curiosity, are the crashes affecting the quest resets? I know I've got some that SHOULD have reset earlier this week.
