Vanya meets with Sywyn and a few others to discuss matters at hand. Despite the dark times being faced Vanya can be seen with a smile on her face a rare sight indeed. Vanya it is said has been different ever since being blessed with the glowing light by her goddess Hanali at a wedding some weeks back. Rumors abound on what that glow could mean.

A bit weary from travel Ele steps into Councilor Sywyn's doorway. Although busy at work at his desk, heaped in papers, his keen senses hear her heavy steps.

"Councilor Sywyn, May I have a word with you" Ele asks, producing a sealed letter and a parchment.

Hoihe Dacino nails a large parchment to the wall of Erevan's jest. It would appear he is collecting signatures from all the underlines under the writing. After further investigation the reader reads:

" Greetings my friends!

I Hoihe Dacino am planning to make a diplomatic trip to the Serpent Hills in order to try to acquire a new ally. A silver dragon or more. I have been thinking of employing a mutual alliance in my request, betwen Me, the elves of Doron amar and En Dharasha Everae and of course the dragons themselves. In this proposal of alliance I would offer that those who have made their signature upon this parchment will help the dragon in their matters once we have all recovered from the final battles with the black orcs. Keep in mind silver dragons do not eat sentient creatures so you do not need to be afraid from them save if you have done something evil. The ways I would offer the help of mine and the elves who sign these parchments are the following:
  • Defeat a red dragon rival (Dragon hunt)
  • Keep away some Nagas from the dragon's lair
  • Help the dragon capture a lair
  • Protect the dragon's lair from the attack of a red dragon

Many of these we already do as adventurers, I ask you to sign up even if you aren't the strongest yet. Even if all you'll do is making a barricade or something for our allies ONCE we recovered from the battles, you'll be welcome. All I ask is that you will honour this agreement so the dragon will help us even later. Please understand the power of this alliance.

- Seeker Hoihe Dacino of Candlekeep, Aribahamutdarastrixarytiss, Ariornternesjvorastrix, Jilgbisai and the navigator of the whistling Wanderess. "

All the signature slots have the same statement next to them. The position for the signature is obvious
  1. I... promise to aid our allies after the black orc threat is over in a millitary way. I will also offer refuge should the ally of ours be driven from his lair.

Laisren and an embassy of elves from En Dharasha Everae stand before the bridge of Doron. It is the first time Laisren has returned to this place since having left. A dour expression upon his face, he nods respectfully and offers his condolence to the Everskan contingent for their loss in Malandriel.

He then bids them find General Sywyn and tells them the matter is of the greatest importance to Doron's cause. Laisren then awaits his old friend......

A group of elves enter Doron, they are carrying a body with them. The elves are weary, bruised and near the point of exhaustion. Their armor battered and torn, they walk up to the Rangers of Everska.

"We bring help", they say. Then, after catching their breath they continue, "And we bring you evidence of your enemy's intentions", they state while holding out some coin and presenting the body.

Sitting at the campfire on a chilly evening, listening to the low murmur of the people, Ele's is surprised with the unmistakable chime of a mind message.

Her concentration leaves those at her side as she listens to the message whispered into her head.

"Halt!" she cries, motioning abrubtly for quiet. She echoes the message for all to hear. "Doron Amar is under seige, the Flaming Fist encampment has been released by Zhents in disguise. War has started, in dire need."

She stands and reaches for her weapons. She places healing potions and holy water in a pack and looks south.

"Come brothers and sisters, our people call for us."

.....

Arriving at the bridge, Ele casts a summoning, "Tir (Guard)" she commands the elemental then turns and seeks the one who called her.

Rhys sits atop one of the rangers stone pillars looking out into the woods. His mind is drawn to the memorys of the Fist black orc war that seems ages ago now. His faithful familiar hops in his lap to reassure him. His mind turns to his grandfather, a member of Myth Drannor own army of arms, he died an honorable death fighting to the last man just so a few more elves could flee. Rhys has always thought it a proud way to die, but now faced with the possibility of a similar fate he can't help feeling scared.

The smell of the dead fills the southern bridge of Doron Amar. Almost a hundred orcs and goblins lie dead amongst the thorns, arrows and boulders of the protecting elves. The tables beside Erevan's jest are smashed, but temporarily mended by Calinde Elestar. It is clear that the orcs have slow reflexes and are easily tripped and entangled.

"Speak about a death trap" - Mealir Ostirel on the defense.

After visiting Avereon up north, Calinde would tree stride back to Doron Amar and begin to mend the damage. She'd use her druidic magic to recover the tables, the towers and the buildings' stability.

Tapping on the bridge alerts the elves as an old man struggling with a large satchel manifests from the Ether. Zullo, Reader and Candlekeep Physician found his way past the besieging orcs to deliver healing supplies and tend to the wounded.

He asks if there is further aid he can render?

"Hello again Zullo, thank you for your aid, perhaps you can be of use. Tell me, can you summon Earth Elemental? I think its time we put the old Imaskari Golems to use, they are just short an elemental to control them."
