Small mostly scripts patch:

- Deity validity check now fires once per character, per reset.
- Study Spell ability refined, item validity check factored out.
- Project Image line of spells updated with most recent Framework code.
- Archmage Qualification tweaked and fixed.
- Amplify and C&C tweaks.
- DMFI language tweaks.
- Faction hostility tweak.
- Language Thesaurus tweaks.

Also added torch to Matlz's shop. Every adventurer needs a torch.

Notes on personal Language testing:
New PC, work: Common, Elf, Celestial, Draconic, Sylvan, Mulhorandi, Animal
New PC, broke: Arcane (d^o^e^s t^h^i^s)
Old PC (exist pre-March 3), work: Illuskan
Old PC, broke: Mulhorandi

- Language dictionary final tweaks to population.
- Spell item property dictionary final tweaks to population.
- Projected Images updated.
- Rune XP gain adjusted for difficult and masterwork DCs, pending testing.
- Eldritch Doom should only affect hostile creatures.
- Silence adjusted to use proper Silence effect.
- Plot Item duplication resolved.
- DMFI Languages no longer use INT modifier portion that boosted by items or spells.
- Solipsism recompiled.
- Hide in the Shadows recompiled, confirmed as breaking target lock like HIPS.
- Blindsight reverted.
- Study Spell tweaked to deal with Summon Spells, and with Radial spells.
- Ranged Combat mechanic: Penalty for attack line obstruction reduced from -4 to -2 AB.

- Changed dispell level/type and added a few non-casting versions to ~ dozen creatures

Note: As of this writing, this is not live. It will go live when the server auto-resets around 0245 GMT. There are 60+ persons IG and I did not want to interrupt that.

Update 19Mar2016 @ 1400 GMT - Server-side Only.

- Amplify no longer does SR check.
- Amplify and C&C no longer show savingthrows to the caster.
- Bladedance tweak.
- Spirit Weapon tweak.
- Lawful Sword and Holy sword duration tweak, dispel removed.
- NPC taunts recompiled.
- Consumable Item crafting limits removed for available spells.
- Consumable Items can't be crafted with other items unless you have Imbue Item.
- Potions and Scrolls now ask for a desired casterlevel.
- Casterlevel is 15 max, currently.
- Castlerlevel may never be less, or equal to, the stock casterlevel for the enchantment.
- Merchants don't offer more money for higher casterlevel items: they don't care.

- Counterspell should work again, performance improved.
- DMFI Language totals should now account for racial bonuses.
- DMFI Languages should now work properly for non-RCRed characters.
- Certain weapon-bonuses now transfer when using strikes, blows, other new attacks.
- Abberant Claw should now be disspellable at will by subject(s).
- Moved Death/Delete NPC to other side of the Nexus. Pay attention to which NPC you are talking too!

- Other counterspell casterlevel issue resolved.
- Embrace the Wild, Protection from Alignment, Aura of Glory, Blessed Aim, now use BGTSCC casterlevel calculations.
- Blood Magus doesn't progress casterlevel at: levels 5 and 10.
- Experimental tweak to melee strikes and blows, to stop bard songs triggering.
- Added one more hair style to bg_hair_head2.hak - new one clips chest but some may want to use it.
- Changed Lore/Knowledge icons on Skill List for the ten new categories - from BG Art Team.

13Apr2016 ~ 0000 hr GMT - hot-drop fix - server side only

- Revised "floating skull" creature summon to be less powerful
- Dropped in update on spawner-scripts - hopefully should find fewer rats and more other creatures/monsters in areas, especially around Soubar and nearby connecting areas.
