Personally, I'd prefer it was Kossuth-only, as that is what Unapproachable East says (which means it takes a special place in Forgotten Realms, as indeed even Complete Divine points to).

Let's be real here, even after the changes this class will hardly be powerful enough to opt in only for mechanical reasons. It is however, the closest thing to a divine sneak archetype this server has.

If you wonder why you don't see (m)any maskarran or vhaeraunite clerics running around, it isn't because the gods advocate secrecy. It's because their current class options are atrocious.

Since it adds 2 favoured enemies.

With a Cavalier build would that then mean 7 favoured enemies + +7 dmg and ab to those?

I never said it was ? In its current incarnation it is rather terrible, though.

- Full caster progression only for rangers and druids.
- Full Animal companion progression
- Increase wildshape uses but change the dragon shape feat to require 27 levels of Druid. Cavestalker does not give access to druid wildshape forms.

These are some really good changes. I might bring back my svirf cavestalker druid if that's the case, especially now that there's Rockrun for svirf RP (+ easy access to Kraak Helzak now!)

Wow. These are really powerful changes. I can't complain—as we say—because I play a Svirf Druid/cavestalker, but it's worthy to point out that, there is only benefits to taking Cavestalker in the UD!

I think a Favored Soul 16 / Blackguard 4 / BFZ 10 has good mechanics, 28 CL, and some interesting RP to explore!

Only a doubt come to my mind... A 25 X / 5 HS would cast a 5 CL Heroism spell or a 30 CL one? And would be subject of ASF?
