Rumor spreads like wild fire throughout Amn, the Sword Coast, and the Western Heartlands that the Governess Isabella Benino of Beregost has been deposed from power by a coalition of Lathanderites, local Beregost leaders, the Sheriff de Oca of Amn, and some Amnian soldiers and deputies for her crimes of murder, theft, embezzlement and treason, among many others. Knight-Commander Eldarian Al'maire of the Song of the Morning temple, a key ringleader of the effort, is said to be given a hero level of applause from those gathered as he brought a bound and gagged former Governess Benino to the Song of the Morning temple to be held and charged for her crimes by the Sheriff de Oca. It is also said that Sheriff de Oca is now interim head of Beregost under Amn as the political fate of the town is worked out over the coming tenday now that the dark times in Beregost seem to be ending. Public proclamation is also given shortly thereafter that the Sheriff has written the Council of Six explaining Governess Benino's crimes and insisting on the removal all tax hikes imposed on Beregost, which the Council of Six swiftly agrees to do given the political embarrassment of Benino.
A Ceremony of Bright Appreciation
Rumor spreads that a ceremony was held in the Song of the Morning temple in Beregost honoring those who aided Beregost in removing the alleged corrupt Amnian tyrant Isabella Benino. Adventurer friends and allies of the Lathanderite temple as well as bystanders and well-known and lesser-known townsfolk of Beregost attend the ceremony. The Most Radiant High Priest Kelddath Ormlyr read off a long list of names of those who aided Beregost:
Wyn
Edmund
Eowiel
Cela
Neschera
Cecilia
Dave Counterpunch
Tolan
Enora
Jassin
Tari
Endelyon
Fiera
Tegeus
Thalantyr the Conjurer
Sheriff de Oca
Thunderhammer
The Most Radiant reserved special mention for Eldarian Al'maire, who over more than a year and a half, at great risk to himself, had struggled and slogged in the dark and light to uncover what Benino was up to and when discovered to assemble a political coalition to cautiously remove her from power for her allged crimes. As a special thanks, Kelddath gifted a relic of the church, Saint Lighthammer's Armor of Divine Golden Brilliance, into Eldarian's care and service in the name of the god Lathander, Lord of the Sun.
After the ceremony ends, rumor spreads that final judgement regarding the alleged criminal Benino will take place within a few tenday, as the evidence against her is so extensive that it is taking some time to gather by Sheriff de Oca's office to judge her in full. Many a local Beregost resident, residents not of Amn originally, speak eagerly of seeing Benino's head departing from her body and of general unhappiness and displeasure with Amn, perhaps the kindest phrase being stated: "Amnians, they're awful, only one who ain't too bad is that Sheriff de Oca."
Rumor has it that Lady Narasida Zakine-Albrongardo of Amn and Calimshan has been
seen entering the mansions of every larger House withing Amn, going straight to talk with those she manages to befriend in the past years, or appointing an urgent meeting with those she has only met few times.
The contend of these talks though is unknown, as all rumor that can be gathered from chatty kitchen wenches and butlers ends behind the thick oaken doors of private conference rooms.
Strange things could be seen last night atop the Cloudpeaks from the few adventurers brave and capable enough to make the trip and live through it.
Heartless yetis (literally, with a gaping hole in their chest...), beheaded Frost Giants, desiccated humanoid bodies and the overall feeling strong magical energies had been employed in the most destructive fashion. The devastation apparently did not stop at the Frost Keep's gate, torn from its hinges and surrounded by the corpses of its former defenders.
It is said a raiding party ventured in only to find the King's body utterly consumed, so wilted that the crown and his dead retinue all around him were the only ways to even piece together who he was in the first place.
This twisted culture got you feeding from its hand
But you will lose that food if you don't meet all their demands
And loyal is the soldier that gets slaughtered with the lambs
Examining the blueprints got you questioning the plans
Passing down from Cloud Peaks and through Nashkel Foothills were seen big group of well armed and armored people, along with several Nashkel guardsmen. They did not appeared really wounded or hurt, but exhausted. Looked like they had been returning form some perilous journey.
Expedition descended from mountain pass slowly and proceeded towards town. There was no other road anyway.

A rider in dark garb is seen dropping off a burlap sack outside the temple of Helm in Nashel at twilight. As soon as it hits the marble stairs the container jingles with the telltale sound of metal and the twine is unravelled, revealing several religious paraphernalia within. Some of them defaced but most still intact, they bear the upright hand of Helm. Someone might recognise them as bestowments belonging to Ronin Marcus.

The many pilgrims that the House of the Guardian in Nashkel receives each year start to gather round notices posted in the temple.
Many piglrims look favorably on the notice.
Ever Vigilant, the Watcher sets his guard over the lands peopled by the gentle and the weak.
Foes arise in the north and great struggles take place. And so we set our vigil, standing as shield between horrors and the innocent.
Pilgrims, who come to see where the Great Guard himself once stood, remember the commands he gives. Lend the strength of your arms to his holy cause, the Crusade of the Watch, the lead elements of which even now march north to Protect.
A merchant travel through Beregost and Naskel telling a tale of having seen a man clad in black hailing from Darkhold with a decaying body being dragged behind his horse. Bits and piece were trailing behind him, clothing being torn off the body as he rode. Not much could be made of the clothing, save for a Phoenix Company emblem and a pendant of Helm. I saw the man clad in black cut the body loose when a group of goblin worg rider attacked the body. I wanted to retrieve his body but not against those odds he would say...

A woman with blonde hair wearing a purple dress and wearing a Phoenix Company Pin was seen entering the House of the Guardian in Nashkel clutching a bag full of Diamonds.
Those who travel the road south of the Cloudpeaks and towards Athkatla would notice numerous orcish bodies strewn along the path. Examination of these remains would clearly show that they fell in battle - deep cuts, arrows and shattered limbs decorating the remains while patches of scorched grass suround them.
Venturing further along the road, the travelers might come across a collection of tents sitting haphazardly across a ravine. The camp is in some disarray and a keen eye might note that it has been thoroughly searched - though for what, and by whom, will likely remain a mystery.
*A man is seen walking to the temple of Helm in Nashkel, carrying a young woman in his arms dressed in fine calimshan silk garments of a blazing red color. Unconscious or dead, he enters the temple and shortly after is seen leaving, the woman remains for many hours and the talk of town speaks of drows on the trade way.*
*The woman is later revealed to be Aerin Wavesilver, a former knight of the order of the radiant heart, that used to reside in Nashkel many years ago. She is seen leaving the temple heading northwards the following day and barely even nods in greeting to those she passes as she rushes out of town.*

Aidan Thatcher would be seen venturing into Beregost and makes rounds within the city. Stopping to knock on the doors of the citizens. Making especially sure not to miss a house if he thinks something isn't structurally sound with the home. He'd attempt to be polite and cordial, knowing it's his own fault that he's now making penance by way of carpentry work for the citizens, for free.
If someone has something for him to do he'd set to working at it. He'd get their name and write out on parchment that he visited them, and ask them to sign the paper to state that he had been there and were satisfied with his work.
When done for the day he would make his way to the Sheriff's office and present him with the parchment as well as to ask him if he knew of any other work that is needed.
///DM Golem requested I post it here.

Aidan Thatcher with a month's passing returns to Beregost and would be seen working on projects around town. Helping the citizens with any construction work that may be needed. He'd stop into the sheriff's office to show the man that he was good on his word. Even bringing in a couple of solid oak chairs for the jail cell or office. He would spend the better part of two days there working hard to finish whatever work is set before him.

Some may hear that after meeting for a platoon training session near Nashkel that the Everwatch patrolled in martial formations, alternating tactical commands and practiced martial arrangements, from northern Amn Nashkel on the Trade Way all the way to Baldur's Gate in the north.
