Rumors spread from the Halls to the rest of the City, that two prospects have become full guardians within the Halls of Inner Light. The bells rang out at the completion of the ceremony and ritual. Drinks were free at the Heartfire that eve.

The High Lady spends some time in the Blessed baths, the Pool of Evergold, with a letter sent to her. She prays over the letter in vigil, and waits for a moment until she writes something down on partchment and heads back up to her office. On her way she stops and gives a prayer of thanks to Firehair's Shrine in the Prayer Hall.

Once again the High Lady takes to the Sacred Bathhouse within the Halls of Inner Light, the Pool of Evergold. She conducts a ritual over several minutes before emerging from them, a prayer book in hand and returns it to her office.

An envelope would find it's way to the High Lady within the Halls of Inner Light.

It would contain a poem written on vellum in blue ink with a flowing hand.


Beneath the poem a small drawing of three flower petals caught on a breeze would be drawn.

Through the city stemming from the Halls, the High Lady has not been herself of late. Murmurs of her questioning her purpose in the gate filter out through the crowds and grape vines.

The High Lady gives out a few small commands, having the prayer hall reconfigure into a refugee center, adding pillows and blankets to the benches. Priestess Danya, takes up into the infirmary to oversee any sick or injured that are escorted and need more detailed care. Those that are given refuge, are tended to by priestesses Sacha, Lily, and Tia'tae on shifts. The High Lady herself keeps the kitchen busy and turning out food for the hungry and needy, as well as checking on the infirmary as needed to help or advise Danya.

Aly would also check in on the other temples during the day ensuring they had food stock and medicines as needed for the potential new influx into the temples during the night hours, donating pillows and blankets as accepted by the fellow city clegry.

The copper and green clad form of Derik Ranloss was seen entering the Halls and staying for a while in the foyer before leaving. Apparently he had been trying to gain audience with High Lady Leonhart but she had been occupied with Temple Duties.

In the early morning, during her rituals, under the protection of Mind Blank something catches the Heartwarder's eye. A dark inky thing on the back of her left hand, and a ring that encircles her middle finger. Her eyes search the back of it, flickering with an onslaught of memories, as she turns a sickly pale color.

Prayers begin to ring out, first Detect Magic, then Remove Curse, Greater Restoration, Heal, Mass Heal, and finally calls upon Epic Mass Heal. The inky tentacle tattoo slowly glimmers and finally breaks, fading from the Heartwarder's hand. Once gone, she contemplates heavily again.

A small whimper is had, "What have I done....." The ring is rapidly transported to another room in the Halls, and placed behind a locked door.

Derik Ranloss is seen entering the Halls mid-morning, dropping off a letter to the door guard, then immediately leaving.
