The vision of the Radiant Heart members in the Fields of the Dead is nothing new. But some increased activity of the Knights and Clerics is observed in the last few days. While the Fist have reduced their numbers near the place reallocate the soldiers in other place where they are needed.

Priests of the triad bring to the orders attention that several bodies have been found in the docks district over the last two months. The priests have determined that the bodies possessed undead corruption, and have been burning them.

An elf rests in the infirmary having been given sanctuary to keep her safe from an elven attacker. She eats little and keeps to herself mostly in the infirmary or the roof top star gazing, towards the direction of doron amar which is no longer safe for to return to. She can be seen reading one of the books on religion if any of the order peek in on her if she is not in reverie or star gazing.

Vanya informs the radiant heart of a stone of great vileness that needs to be looked into, being held on her behalf at the vault at candlekeep, leaving this letter on the desk for them:

" I vanya Erudessa slew a great vampire, and did find a pretty stone upon it. I carried this stone around for some time thinking it nothing more but an ordinary gem, but an extremely pretty and rare one. Later after hearing of another stone from a vampire causing trouble and realizing I had been acting strange of late, I showed the stone to some wise men and women. They informed me the stone was a Phalactry, a vile artifact. This item did indeed make me act not myself, though at the time i knew it not. They wanted me to destroy it, but I felt and still feel this stone holds knowledge that might be used. I request one of your holy people with knowledge of such dark things to take a look at it. Preferably the living saint, but any will do that may shed light on it. I have also sent notice to the other goodly knightly order of the region to have one person also take a look at this object. Perhaps someone can glean some knowledge of use from this vile thing. It may hold great importance.

Yours faithfully;

Vanya Erudessa.

...the Mirari have seen the inner workings of a great temple of evil, and found a most disturbing situation. A large pool of blood, guarded by two ferocious and ill-tempered gargoyles, hell bent on destruction of all those that would disturb this foul place of foulness.

The Temple lay in what is called the Fields of the Dead, north of the great city of Baldur's Gate. There, in that field, in that temple, a horde of undead priests, mummy lords and many creatures of necro-magic doth reside. If you are not as yet aware of it's existence, we Mirari do wish to pass on to you the immediate knowledge that even disturbs us, those that walk between the light and dark, with hands outstretched into both domains.

In this temple, at it's deepest reaches, did we encounter the guardians of this pool of blood—obviously collected for sacrificial purposes—and furthermore, a secret that we the Mirari doth feel concerns your Orders directly...and that to keep balance, you must know the full extent.

With the guardian gargoyles defeated, we Mirari did scour this room for knowledge yearning to be free from foul captivity, and in doing so, came upon a chest most well protected.

Inside, after considerable strain upon our magics, we did find a powerful, divine scroll of the most holy to paladins—that of Draconic Might.

We Mirari did surmise that, whatever necro-magic undead powered forces worked in this temple, sought to infuse or unlock the holy paladin's might and weave it into their own powers. A metamorphosis of such holy, good powers to enact evil does tip the scales...something even we Mirari can not let abide.

Therefore, we send you this warning, and share this knowledge freely with you and yours, so that as your calling demands it, you may take action to instill that the holy powers of your chosen gods are kept in the portfolio that is proper.

And know this further: the Mirari always watch the streams that carry reason and wisdom, collecting that which does not yet have form but powers all that we find useful in the arcane. Shall you be in need of services such as ours in future times, simply speak aloud the words scribed at the end of this scroll...and we will arrive to take witness to your query.

Humbly in the art,

The Mirari
*in the form of arcane draconic script, are the words:*
wonderful, strange, remarkable

Hello friends and fellow followers of The Triad,

My name is Borbag Zirkus and I have been a Paladin in service of Torm for just a year, though I have served him in my own way most of my life. Despite my orc-blood I have always been more inclined to defend the weaker or to speak rather than fight. But I do still fight and like my chosen deity serves among The Triad, I would appreciate the chance to serve among The Order of the Radiant Heart. It is my dream to do good by eliminating evil, but also by preventing it. This is why I spent as much of childhood learning to speak and heal as well as I could fight.

SHADOWS SEEN KIDNAPPING PEOPLE IN THE CHAPTERHOUSE

Last night a shadow creature appeared near Meri's garden where Auric and James were speaking. The shadows kidnapped James as he tried to open the gate to let reinforcements in to remove the threat and later Auric (Known as Oathkeeper or 'Mr. Blackmore') was also taken by shadows. Whatever happened, James was thrust out of the shadowy realm almost unconscious, bleeding from every orifice. A totally unphased Rai was immediately at his side helping him to the infirmary.

James apparently gave a shaken report to his fellow brethren before tending to his strange wounds.

A monk clad in blue robes with the symbol of Candlekeep arrives at the gates of the Radiant Heart chapter house. He leaves a sealed envelope saying it is for the Knights and Priests, before bowing politely and heading south again.

A magician from Baldur's Gate named Nemna and a man Amaer were admitted to Chapter house the other day by Arkaine and left after about an hour. During the next tenday Nemna was again at the Order Stronghold gates, asking for HalfOrken. Him being away, she left a short message for his return. It stated that Candlekeep would want to meet with Order's high-ranking representative, preferably Arkaine HalfOrken, on Candlekeep's grounds soon. No certain date was set.

We will be holding an emergency meeting this evening at the Keep to discuss our course of action against the encroaching Black Orcs marching towards Triel. We formally invite the leadership of each of our allies to attend. If the leadership is unable to attend they may appoint a representative to speak upon their behalf.

A figure approaches from the North late in the evening at the chapter house he staggers up to the gates of the Radiant Heart chapter house. One of the guards moves to stop him as he pulls out his key for the gate. The figure says" Hold friend I do not recognize you but I am a paladin of this order and have a right to enter". The unamed guard says "then speak your name friend I know the roster of the chapter house by heart"

The figure looks about clearly hurt and a little offbalance by the events. Then regains himself and finally speaks, " I am Auron Paladin and Favored of Torm and Knight of the Order. I have been gone but two days surely you must have seen me before."

The Guard looks at him up and down and says," no one has seen you in 6+ months Sir, no offense to you sir but is there anyone who can Validate who you are.".

Auron responds ," Six months! That would explain a lot I must have been magically imprisoned by the undead sorcerer in the fields then..." he seems to trail off in deep thought then turns back to the guard, " If Brother Arkaine, Ferragus, Aroweyn or White is in i travelled often with them and they know of my deeds Prelate Thiago the II may recognize me but we only interacted four or 5 times together. I will respect your wishes and wait until you can find someone who can vouch as to who i am."

{{{{ Was going to roleplay my absence as I had an imprisonment spell cast on me in the fields of dead and some random magical spell like a Mord's disjunction or freedom spell was cast and set me free to come back}}}}
