Actually i am used to use custom portraits in the game. On other servers there is also a way, to make a portrait yours self with the right sizes and as .tga. Then you put it into the portrait-folder and you can choose it in the game,too. I haven't tried yet, if that works here. But it's possible at least.

Do you make these pictures here by yourself? Or do the players write to you if they want one?

The game devs would have to upload them in to the file for everyone to see so I think that's kinda tricky. I would ofcourse be very happy to see the respective owners use their portraits in-game if that was/is an option technically
