Sabrina Kross, a young sorceress with raven black hair, is often seen spending her time in the local Bibliotheca. Tons of various books covering all sorts of magical topics are being read by her. Some briefly, some more thoroughly.
To those who asked her why is she torturing herself with all that heavy literature, she smiles and explains that she has to study for magical tests to become a full member of the Mage Guild - Azure Arcanists.
The rumours about her lack of control over her tremendous powers are still echoing around Baldur's Gate, though she seems unaware of them. If asked, she usually laughs it off, as she is certain that she does not possess any meaningful power at all.

Whispers tell word of the self-styled Apostle of Cyric's plans to once again publicly address those souls yearning for the Black Sun's light in the coming days, and to give guidance to neophytes on the One True Way.

//On friday the 25th, 22:00 GMT I plan to hold an in-game sermon on Cyric, with my character Kestor, in the square next to the elfsong tavern patio. All are welcome to listen, participate, or heckle.

In the middle of the night a figure dressed as a smelly beggar slipped into the docks district of the city and headed towards the temple of Umberlee. The building, reserved for prayers, sacrifice and spiritual or other rituals, sat quietly in the back of the docks district. The Water Temple, like how Bonnie liked to call it after her last visit, stood out soberly among the rest of the facades, but once inside it felt like coming home, similar like when she arrived on the platform of a ship or alike. The path within was surrounded by one of humanity’s most basics needs, a fairly large body of water, with pillars at each side supporting the roof above. There was even a submerged-feeling structure where one could descend to the bottom of the facility. Bonnie wasn’t entirely certain if it were an underwater passageway that gave out to the deeper sanctum of this temple.

The music accompanying this place was highly redolent of sloshing water, cyclic, natural, and almost “peacegiving”, pretty much like the silence before a storm. There was no real light from the outside, nor windows the moment she began her descend. A few torches yes, their pale light reflecting off the water in an somewhat unsettling, mystifying way. It almost felt like she was stepping through some kind of portal which led directly into Her domain. As the music portrayed one of the greatest and at the same time most dangerous luxuries on the surface of this world, Bonnie entered the deeper holy place. In the darker distance she thought she could overhear the sound of a waterfall cascading into a deep chasm, but that also may have been her imagination. Perhaps it were merely channels being used to regulate and control the water levels within the temple. She found no evidence of either theory.

Again she found herself surrounded by a large body of water, and when she peeked over the railing she figured the depths were excavated within the rock of the bottom of the city. Whether this place was directly or indirectly connected with the ocean was yet to be seen. The material above the surface looked smooth, artificially finished with darker nautical designs. The place was mildly decorated, and with a bit of a smirk Bonnie stopped in front of the bronze or old gold-like cage. It looked like it could be used to sink it on a chain to the bottom of the inner water basin… along with someone within who could submerge themselves into a microcosm of pensiveness and weighty self-reflection.

Perfect as a dwelling place…

Over the past few days an old man with graying hair and mustache has been walking around the farmlands outside the city Of Baldur's Gate vigorously. He talks to the farmers in particular. Introducing himself as Kervel Greencrest, a Priest of Chauntea. He gives advice on all things agrarian, help them with daily work, listens to the troubles of the local farmers closely and offer them blessing and prayer. He also makes checks on animals and livestock with permission of their owners. The man inspects crops and farming equipment where he can. He would tell people to come and find him by the shrine of The Great Mother besides Wyrm's Crossing if they needed anything.

There people would find him tending to the shrine and praying at sundown until last light.

For the past week Sabrina Kross were nowhere to be seen. Some ill-hearted people would say she finally decided to get lost, away from their beloved city, with her unstable magic. Others would assume she simply returned to her family in Waterdeep. Those close to her knew that she locked herself up in the library in the Temple of Mystra and studied very hard for her upcoming tests to become a full member of Azure Arcanists.

Las night she has been spotted at the grand party that was held in the House of Darius, drinking lemon tea and playing dice game of Truth or Dare. Some well-deserved respite from all that knowledge grinding.

In the early hours of the morning, a single wood elf (of all things) would be seen emerging from the sewers craddling the body of a "missing mage" in her arms. She would take the body to the Shrine of Suffering to be left in their care. If questioned, she would state that she had no connection to the mage or an idea of the fallen's identity. She had discovered the body while exploring the under city. Lacking the power to revive the mage (or the know if the act should be done), she saw no reason to abandon the body and decided to return it to the surface. Perhaps in the care of the temple, the body might at least be identified and returned to family or friends for a proper funeral and mourning by those that knew the departed in life.

After a tendays-long absence, the Selunite priestess Nelee Aseph could be seen teleporting into the Outer City. She subsequently made a brief tour of the temples of the East Gate District:
  • At the Temple of Torm, she briefly inquired about Sir Marshall's whereabouts.
  • At the Temple of Mystra, she asked if it would be possible to meet with the people responsible for the mending of the Weave inside the city.
  • And at the Temple of Ilmater, she quickly checked if Sister Ashenie was available, but then left shortly afterwards.
At all three temples, the air genasi explained that she could most likely be found either at the Blade and Stars inn or at the Temple of Ilmater over the coming days.

Another rainy Nightal day passed, as old graying man, a common sight in the farmlands these days, was seen walking several times from The Wide all the way to Shrine of The Earthmother with what appeared bowls of fruits. The man sets up a makesift leanto to cover the baskets from the rain. Once finished he lowered his head in prayer and wrote a note that was nailed on the woodwen post of the cover. It would read:
Take the bounty of the land in this winter rain, and enjoy life. Praise Chauntea, her gifts and produce. Take only what you need. So others can enjoy the fruit aswell. Save the seeds and plant them come spring.
Afterwards the old priest was seen carrying one similar bowl to Farmer Todd as a gift with the same message. Wheter the farmer had time to react before the animals did remains a mystery.

After her latest visit to the Temple of Mystra, a frustrated Nelee could be seen charging out and towards the Temple of Ilmater. Upon realizing Sister Ashenie was unavailable to meet with her, the Selunite instead marched off east along the Chionthar, and would not return to the city before dawn.

An elf can be seen in and around the harbors of the city, seemingly making inquires to the people that are familiar in the docks and the sea captains. It would seem clear that he intends to charter a ship of some sort in short notice.

The Grand Knight of the Order of the Radiant Heart has spent much of his time within the walls of the city of late. The Knight has travelled all the various districts in efforts to be among his soldiers and their families. Visits to administer to the sick members of his Knights and soldiers families. Celebrating the births of children, bringing celebratory gifts and offering blessings upon the children. He mourns and prays with those who have lost. Comforting and being an ear to those in need. The Grand Knight is taking an even greater effort to be among his people and be a part of their lives.

Those who pay attention to such things might notice Osric spending time in the harbor district of late. He visits the harbor master and shipwrights to begin discussing obtaining the appropriate licenses, design schematics and paperwork needed to charter a ship. When asked what he intends to do with it, the lord would reply simply, "House Vale is expanding its business ventures."

A golden haired sun elf dressed in decorative mithral chain with green cloth covering, and a longsword on her side, was seen frequenting the city in many of its major gathering areas, visiting the local drinking holes in the many districts, even as so far to make a visit to the Palace of Baldurs Gate. The elf would be making conversation with elves she met within the city. For the local folk who may have noticed the elf last four years ago, she would be known by the name of Elyssa Symbaern. For those only recently aware, the elf looks striking like the one who spoke publicly in contest to a male Cyric follower, that made an impassioned speech about Cyric in the Eastern District.

The night was quiet in Baldur's Gate, the wind was a gentle breeze as the door to the temple of Tyr opened with a creak. Heavy, thudding footsteps of metal boots echoed around the altar of the temple as the half orc Grobb Bearheart slowly made his way to the priest. Giving him a silent nod as he placed some coin into the offering box, he sank to his knees and began to think in silence. A quiet moment of contemplation and prayer to the maimed god as he sought out answers for his questions, questions that he himself didn't really know. Grobb's long blue cape draped over his body as he muttered to himself, his heavy orcish accent a gentle hum as he prayed to Tyr.

"Tyr, grant me the strength to protect those who cannot protect themselves in these coming days. Grant me the knowledge and wisdom to do what is right. I seek your guidance...what must I do?" his tone faltered with an uncertainty he hadn't felt in many years. As he knelt in silence, he could feel eyes watching him, perhaps it was in his mind, but after a moment of contemplation and prayer, he slowly rose to his feet, thanked the priest and made his way into the night, a spark of renewed piety and determination blossoming inside of him.

Barking may be heard in the distance toward the Baldur's Gate graveyard.
Those who travel closer would potentially hear bones cracking and breaking in the distance.
...broken bones scattered and placed in odd patterns..
Upon further investigation, one may see many pairs of eyes in the shadows before they seemingly disappear.
...hallucinations?
