Sorry about that everyone! It sounds like it got hung up during a server reset (or maybe an automatic update reset the computer or something), and it had to wait for an admin to come around and notice that things were down.
We have 7 people with access to the server (i.e. people who are able to hard restart it), but not all of them are familiar with the process, and I believe all of them live in the Western hemisphere (and this down time happened when many people on this side of the world are still asleep).

It was crashing a lot earlier, no rest timer active (aka you can rest repeatedly), and I had two copies of Rania in my vault; one from almost a week ago and the current one. Not sure what's up.

this cant be right i transfer my ac 4 boots to another char right before the server crash and i dont have the boots on my other char why not it is not first time this happing
