How far are solutions underlined in the server strategy for development? Will be server splitted, picked overland option?
I don't believe removing content is long term solution.

That's still in discussion.
I think a world map (like in BG1 and BG2) with pockets of interconnecting maps or an overworld map (think most Japanese RPGs) is what we're leaning to. As we haven't been able to figure out how to enable Tells or easy DM communications across a split server structure.

Please no.

Splitting the server in two ?
Hum. In Arkalym 4, a french server, they successfully splinted it into two.
They probably did this decision for the same reason than you.
You could exchange between the two servers between players and DM.
So I guess it's techniquely possible.

Other server i'm on is split between 3 servers and has no such trouble however its NWN1 so that trouble could be something unique to NWN2 system. Im definately for making bgtscc bigger, its absolutely tiny compared to the other one and there are so many BG and BG2 areas and locations that could be added.

NWN2 definitely can't support the same world sizes that NWN1 can. It has a strange memory limit where if it hits that cap it crashes.
Splitting the server would be how we'd deal with that limit, but if it can be done (on NWN2, not NWN1, where everything is a bit easier from a development perspective), then we currently lack anyone with the knowledge and skills necessary to do it. It'd require someone who's both intimately familiar with the NWN2 systems architecture and computer science in general. A rare combination.
That would obviously be preferred, of course. Because then we could have a server of, in theory, unlimited size.
The other, at the moment more realistic, options are about making better use of the space we got though. The third option I didn't mention (as opposed to the world map or overland map) would be to shuffle maps in and out as we need them. We currently do some of this map rotation already, though it's risky, too, because there's always a chance you'll rotate out someone's favorite map where they've built a bunch of RP and now it's just no longer connected.

Still an issue, these random crashes. Happened just minutes before this post.
Sometimes, it really seems that a Player logs on, then the Server just goes out. But maybe it is just that at a certain load point, the Server overloads.
Either way, is there any sort of memory monitoring for the crashes?

Is it down for everyone else? I can ping the server fine through command prompt, but I get a connection error trying to log in(the website says offline, and no player counter).

Down for me and according to Discord, down for everyone else... Not sure if it was a scheduled restart and there are no announcements on discord for an update... Might have just taken the piss.

It's pretty bad, for the most part. Once in a while it'll get manageable, like 3 second lag, and stay that way for about 10 - 15 minutes. Then it goes right back to 6 - 10 second lag for an hour, and so forth.
