you can cast it from a scroll with UMD

Only clerics with Travel Domain gain access to Teleport.

I noticed this today, and thought I would report it. The spell description for Scare says it is a 1st level wizard/sorcerer spell, but it actually is under 2nd level spells for Wizard.
I had purchased a scroll since I didn't see it under my level 1 spells, but when I went to scribe it, it said I already knew the spell. When I looked through my spell book, it was under 2nd level spell.

Newer feat: dead eye shot is bugged, I took it on my archer character thinking it was a passive ability, turns out its a shot attack similiar to manyshot that allows you to shoot a target without there dex bonus to ac as long as the target is being hit by a allied player. Sounds decent only thing is it bugs your character out when you attempt to use it locking out your mouse click button, basicly freezing your character not allowing you to click to move, or click anything on hotbars or in inventory, it wont even let you click the exit game button. Only way to exit game is to ctrl-alt-delete and end program then restart. Also when you do click it no arrow is fired nothing happens besides it bugging your character out.

Dead Eye shot will be fixed coming update, it was recently changed to allow it to work from Stealth but it got bugged. This will be fixed and it will work from stealth coming update.

Teleportation, why does it cost gold to cast from/to areas where it is not possible to teleport and the teleport does not succeed?

Because Detect Magic and Analyze Dweomer should identify areas you can teleport to. Also the gold is a material component for the spell. So when its cast, the gold is used.
Detect Magic and Analyze Dweomer should work for this among other things, but if not they'll be fixed and made to in the future.
(these are currently the only spells that material components are used for, because of exploit issues that would arise otherwise. If a good case is made the cost could be reduced though)

Why is there a difference in cost between the teleport spells and the Travel by plant spells? Is it just because there isn't a chance of failure on the travel by plant spells?
(wow, just re-read and edited that. Brain was moving faster than my fingers)

Yes there is because there is no DC or chance of error, which arcane teleports do have. (and which is great to avoid)

Hi i have noticed that the druid spell Stone Hold is not working, when cast all you get is the mist but there is no dc roles at all on friendly or hostile targets, its just like a visual effect currently.

Ill try to get it reverted back. We attempted to fix some issue's with that spell in Novermbers update, but it appears like it didn't quite work.
